Course Curriculum Overview
I completely agree with the course in terms of comprehensiveness and relevancy as the aspects are helping us for making projects based on real world scenarios and in my perspective I think no improvement needed in terms of course.
Internships Opportunities
Infosys and Wipro are offering internship opportunities for the students and some of the students are getting paid internships and the students are also getting full time internships too. I think the college is providing a wonderful internship opportunities.
Placement Experience
As the college offers many placement offers. Nearly 85 percentage of students are getting placed here with average salary package of 5LPA and the highest salary package is 15 LPA and I think placement is a greater reason for joining kongu.
Fees and Financial Aid
I have paid Rs.125000 for my first year and the same amount for the second year and also I would be paying the same amount for 3rd and 4th year too this includes all tuition,caution, admission, development,lab fee. SC,ST students can avail post metrics scholarship of 55000 approximately per year.
Campus Life
Behind the regular classes they provide on duty for conducting and joining extracurricular activities like exodia, enthusia,swaram and many more. The college is also supporting the students who are engaged in sports. As they conduct many state level sport competitions too.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel have enough good facilities with 3 members and 4 members in a room and 2 fans with enough shelves and bureaus. For renting pg they are available in perundurai and college offers free trip bus from perundurai every working day morning and evening. The hostel food is better but need to be improved.
Admission
I have applied KPRIET and I can't able to get into it but after joining kongu I never thought to be bad for joining here. I have chosen this college for their support for both education,placement and other opportunities.
Faculty
Our faculty members are student friendly in teaching and they are carrying their job good by teaching us and in exam perspective they are very strict and if our answer is relevant to the question they award us with opt marks. Approximately 2 to 5 out 60 are failing to clear exams
Night Life
Really Night life in college is a book for me. For mens hostel 7:30p.m will be intime and for girls hostel 6:00 p.m would be the intime. Students violating the rules are strictly punishment as they are suspended or removed from the hostel. Library is open till 8:00 pm
