The Vignan Environment

I chose Electronic and Computer Engineering it's a one of its kind It gives me n number of possible ways to choose my career either in software or hardware and the specific sub fields The curriculum is prepared in such a way that every student is well equipped with the skills that are perfectly tailored to their career Providing hands on experience and training the students for real world applications My suggestion is to add advanced technology courses into the curriculum

The college has MOU with various companies They provide internships to the students according to their specific field of study all the internships provided are certified by thr government and are well reputed companies

From the 3rd year 2nd semester the students are eligible for campus placements We have various MNCs coming to our college such as Amazon, Infosys, Cisco, Incircles and many other Also with the special training provided by the college many of the students were placed in TCS, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, Google, IBM and other recognised companies The highest package was 26LPA and the average package is 4.5LPA The overall percentage of students getting places is above 90%

Our college fee for the department of Electronic and Computer Engineering is 52,000/- (yearly) If the student is eligible for JVD scheme(which was provided by the previous government) they can avail their scholarship, which makes the tuition fee 0/- (yearly) It the student is applying for admission through management quota the fees is 1,56,000/- (yearly) If the student parents are working in any government organisation they can avail the specific scholarship provided by the government through the organisation

We have a national level youth fest called Yuvatarang which is conducted every year in the month of January We have a Technical fest conducted every year in the month of September Every month we have events conducted on the special occasions of the month We have a pretty good library with a digital library inside accessible to all the students at anytime We have a Student Activity Council who conduct various events for the students, encouraging them in various activities in culturals, sports, art, movie and external activities The classrooms are well equipped with projector and smart board The overall campus life is amazinggg!

To be honest I didn't apply for any other college I just directly chose Vignan, because my brother is an alumni of that college and I've seen the way college supported him and trained him for his career This college doesn't just teach us and train us for our career it also trains the student with ethic and moral values, the importance of health and fitness and mostly importantly it gives the student a lottt of memories with the college activities and various events

We have: Weekly test - 10M (minimum of 6 tests for each semester) Mid exam - 30M ( 2 exams for each semester) Semester exam - 70M No exam is difficult if the student has prepared accordingly All the faculties in the college are experts in their fields having years of experience and they're all very friendly Might be a general issue or any personal issue we can happily approach our faculty regarding it Well we have 400+ faculty with 7000+ students in our campus There's no reason to dislike a faculty everyone are very supportive and friendly

We have 2 canteens in our college they cook very delicious dishes they open at morning 7:30 and close at 6pm We have 2 shifts in college: First shift: 8am to 3pm Second shift: 10am to 5pm A good place is hangout is in the canteen and the bench's near the grounds Outside the college we have theatres nearby and restaurants The students can stay over after college hours and play or study in the evening
