All about our College -Vignan

Being an electronic and computer engineering student,we have a chance to choose either software field or hardware field which is purely based upon our interests.This one aspect has made me to choose this branch.Our faculty make us to do real time projects which are very helpful to us .

From the 6 th semester,the students are eligible for placements.There are many companies which makes students gets placed. Accenture is one company which takes huge number of students from our college. The highest package for this year is 24 LPA and an average package will be 8-10LPA. Many startups also takes students.My plan is to be placed in a good reputed company

As I joined this college from EAMCET,I am eligible for scholarship.Every year 52,000 is credited into our accounts as a scholarship which is to be paid in the college.Along with this additional 1500 is paid for each semester.

Yuvatarang is the national level festival which is conducted every year in our college in the month of Jan.Many college students participate in this festival and all colleges are allowed to participate.There are many clubs in our college like green club, literature club and many which encourages many students.Small events are conducted in each branches every now and then.Library is most underrated in our college but many facilities are there in our library which is not known to everyone.There is a digital library facility with free wifi which makes students helpful.Many journals are also kept in our library.

I heard that this college is in the top list in visakhapatnam,which provides huge placements to the students.I have applied to many colleges but I preferred only this college.This college follows strict rules in making students to be in disciplined way. The college gate will be closed on time and are not opened till the college timings are completed. Need to take permission from faculties if you want to go out from college. The admission process is based on enterance exams like EAPCET and the cutoffs will be changed every year.

There will be a good bonding between students and faculty.Our branch faculty are very friendly with us.Coming to our HOD mam, she always thinks about students perspective and always encourages us in doing good things.She always motivates us in doing works and gaining knowledge.For each semester we will have 2 mid and then semester exams ,along with this every Wednesday we will have a weekly test which will be added as internals.

Our college is surrounded with trees everywhere. There are many favourite places in our college where many students Hangout.Canteen is one of the favourite spot to many students in our college.we have open gym facilialso in our college.Girls hostel is present in the college campus only which is safe to the girls. Library is open all the time. Dharitri block is one of the favourite place where once who are stranger became as friends in this place.
