One of the best Deemed University in Rajasthan

Still a lot of room for improvement as we haven't seen few major companies visit the campus for placements regularly. No uniform are a major plus. Flexible timings and independence about the choice given to students on whether to attend or not to attend classes, offcourse with the mandatory 75% attendance rule.

Course curriculum is of moderate to hard difficulty, with subject ranging as per University grant commission guidelines. As per my opinion, looks pretty good for a Btech curriculum. Me being a computer Science student, faced a wide range of language learning opportunities with other mandatory subjects.

Honestly, College does put in efforts in this department, however realistically this is not an old college. Hence the renowned companies like Infosys or Tcs do not visit here yet. It may happen in the future but at this moment it does not happen. At the same time, HOD and TPO cell does put in efforts where they can. Among all the personal contacts and past connections, there is still a huge scope for improvement.

An annual fest called Sabrang is the highlight of the event organised over the year. The great part of being on the outskirts of the city, our DJ party used to start by 8 Pm and used to last atleast by 11.30. Another event that used to happen was sport fest called Spardha. Very competitive in terms of teams participating, particularly from nearby areas and local colleges.

I'd say its more on the mid tier expensive if you don't get scholarship. Without scholarship, for my batch here are the breakup of fees. 1.15 lakhs per year tuition fees 50 k per semester hostel fees 15k bus facility per semester if you are day scholar. 20k additional facilities including library fees, internet fees and so on.

Again, during the batch of 2012-16, we were offered scholarship on the basis of 12th class result. People scoring 81% and above used to get 75% off on Tuition fees. 70% and above and below 81% used to get 50% off on Tuition fees.

For sports, Pretty good football ground, 1 basketball court, 1 volleyball court, a separate area for indoor games are present. Gymnasium, all kinds of labs, IDBI bank branch and other important facility are present inside campus.

Very poor alumni network which is understandable as this is still a very new and growing college. Alumni meets are organised once a year but fail to gather a lot of people due to various reasons. However, there is a regular effort from respective people on social networking sites.

My batch was the second batch ever of the history of this college, so the admission process during that time might have little to no relevance during this time. However, i got to know about the scholarship they were offering on the basis of our 12th results. This being backed by one of the reputed and renowned JK group, was trustable as an educational institution. Faced an informal interview with the VC and HOD and with further interactions with the admin department, all came to fruition.

Computer Science faculty was one of the very best a college can offer. however i cannot say the same for other departments. Civil and chemical department of the college faced a log of irregularities among the faculty. A lot of visiting professor were employed which may or may not be great and most importantly not easily reachable in case of any doubts.
