I like the various facilities provided in the college like Library and playing grounds .

Dislikes

I don't dislike anything in specific, but In our college there are not any annual fest .

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is good (not bes) the theoretical part is more rather than teaching practically, like providing field visit to firms and commercial companies for real life lessons etc , so i think it should integrate more practical knowledge.

Class Size: 600Course Fees: INR 6000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I come in open category and my Yearly fees for B.com course is around 6000 rupees Yearly , and the fees for SC/ST is around 2100 rupees, and they apply for scholarships and they get the scholarship. This is the fees structure.

Campus Life

The campus life is good, there is a big ground for the sports activities, and our college also have boat club ,and there is also very good library for studying and borrowing books. And there is also canteen which provides decent food.

Admission

I choose this college because it is a decent college in my locality , and i also got recommendations from my friends and family. And i visit the campus before admission and i liked it that is why i choose this college.

Faculty

The college faculty is good at helping the students in study. We have 6 semesters in each sem there is internal exam of 20 marks and 10 marks for assignments and we have 70 marks written papers. This is the marking system.

Night Life

The area around the college is very good and safe ,because there is police headquarters near the college, there are various places to eat and hangout in the evening near the college, you can find very good places to eat food near college.

Placement Experience:

There are no campus placements offered in my college. The placements after completinh the course are great About 80% of students are placed. The highest package offered/expected for bcom course at this college is 5 6 lpa, About 90% of the students get internships easily with this course at the position of bank accountants etc.

Placement Experience:

De Shaw, and Bain Capital are among the biggest companies and lighter companies are also many. Visa and all are also there which are rare otherwise. For b.com though 30-40k is what is offered but I feel it's fair enough.

Mithibai College of Arts is Music to ears!!

Placement Experience:

Placements society of college is just a decade old and still top companies like Zues Capital, Barclays, and Icici bank are among the top colleges that have become a part of ecosystem where 30-40 students is what each companies hires every year. Not many though as too many sections and 500+ students means getting placed even half the students can be a task where Mithibai placement percentage is 60 odd percentage.

Impeccable, amazing and unbelievable are the placements here. For B.Com which is as always a crowded college, making sure 60-70% students have placements through campus is a task not less than climbing everest. So definitely all I can say is our college has done so well that it is now the first choice college for commerce not just among Mumbaikars but overall as well.
