Likes

The college is situated in a natural spot like Madayi para which is also a tourist spot.
The teachers and the students in the college is very awesome as every one is very friendly to each other.
The college is very supportive to the sports students as they provide necessary needs for the sports students.

Dislikes

There is no much water filter available in the college campus which cause trouble for the students for drinking water
There is a trouble with street dogs and cows in our campus.
There is no much buildings available in the college

Course Curriculum Overview

I have chosen bba as my main subject as it is a professional course and very relavant in the time being The bba prepare as to know more about the business and about entrepreneurship It helps to improve knowledge about the business ideas Bba is very relevant every where in the world

Class Size: 56Course Fees: INR 1500 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The year wise fees I have paid is 800 as a fees for the exam registration. Other than that I have paid around 5000 as tuition fees,caution fees,development fees,lab fees,and other cumpulsory fees like pta fund. I have concession in many fees as I have got seat in college as merit.

Campus Life

On the beginning of the college year we celebrate freshers day party for the new students to our college.Other than that we celebrate all the special events like onam,Christmas, holiday,etc in our college. Our college is the current champions of the event like kho kho and weightlifting. The students in our college also participate in games like football,Kabaddi,cricket,etc.

Admission

I have applied at payannur college ,SN college, Brennen college and Madayi college which was my first priority for my admission. I have get rejected from payannur college due to low average mark but I have got admission in Madayi college which I have chosen.

Faculty

The teachers and the staff are around 50 available in the college There is around 800 students in the college Shijith sir is my favorite sir as he provide proper class and lecture note for the purpose of studies comparing to the other faculties There is no such faculties I don't like as every one is great

Night Life

Our college is available with the gym which is well maintained and with availability of the necessary equipments. Our college is also available with cafeteria in our campus. Library in our college is available with lot of books and famous novels. Also available with many reference books which helps in studies. There is a sports hostel working in the campus which opens at 6AM in the morning and 9 PM in the evening.

My Experience at the university

Likes

I personally loved the campus environment, it's in the complete hilly area. We have very clean hostel facilities for both girls and boys separately. Gym facility is also there. Boys and girls ratio is 6:4
The acadmic staff is too good, there're quite friendly and supportive, they also teach very well, regular internals and assignments are given. The class room is also spacious, no uncomfort.
The matrons (non academic staff) are also so friendly, we have help desk for any related queries, the best quality of this university is they listen to what students want and need, if it is needed they'll surely make the change.

Dislikes

As I'm a non malayali in kerala university, I felt little uncomfortable at start, as most of the staff members and students are communicating in Malayalam.
Apart from gym, we really don't have a great facilities for physical activities, there is one ground but it's not in a good condition. Not every faculty is so good, few teachers will not teach in english they use their mother tounge.
Basically the university is still under construction, that's why we frequently get disturbed by the construction noice.

Placement Experience:

Since I'm in the 1st semester, i really don't have a great idea about the placements but as far as I know Chinmaya Vishwa vidyapeeth university has their dedicated training, placement and corporate relations center. The highest package was 7 LPA and the lowest is 3 LPA. The average package might be 4 LPA. Nike, mastek are the few companies who came to recruit After completing my degree, i might go for a job and then complete my PG.

One thing to mention is the cleanliness of the college which is absolutely something we have to appreciate! The bathrooms and the classrooms are always clean and well sanitized
Similarly the hostel bathroom bedrooms and the corridors are also spotless.
the faculty members are amazing..they teach with dedication especially prajith sir who deals with business statistic and logic in bba first sem

Dislikes

When we join this college they told us there would be buggy services for out transportion to the gate to hostel incase if we wanted to go outside or anywhere but in reality there is no such services..when we request it security always deny.
Securities always deny and dont not consider our request for buggy they always makes the excuse that the higher authorities would scold them and all
The hostel food is trash.some days like sunday dinner and wednesday dinner are absolutely flavorless and bland we often does not eat on thoses days and we sleep on a empty stomach.

Course Curriculum Overview:

soem subjects i feel very unnecessary are IKS and SANSKIRT..even so collectively speaking nobody understands the reason why they are being asked to learn iks(Indian knowledge system).and for sanskirt we could argue its a language and learning it would be some consideration a skillset but even though if that is the case we mustn't force somebody to learn it.it should be a choice

My College Experience : The Ups and Downs

Likes

There teacher's positive and friendly behaviour is very good.
this college providing college bus. and final year students are travelling without fee.
In this college, studentrs can interact all persons. Becouse this college is staying in a village.

Dislikes

In this college there no canteen facility.So students are want to go outside stores
The Private bus are not on time. Similarly, the raiway gate will be closed for half an hour due to the passing of the train.
library is not open every days and collection of books is very poor.

Admission process here was pretty straight forward as when i approached there they showed us the availability of courses just like food ordering from a restaurant and told us to fill the form with photographs on the desired course and i got admission the next day it was pretty straightforward there is no exams conducted during admission process and i came here as i dropped bsc computer science from mar ivanios college trivandrum and was having no time more to waste so i joined here as private registration...Read More
