I like the infrastructure.... ventilated classrooms..
Canteen is available.. breakfast lunch and dinner
Faculties are well approachable..we can easily interact

Dislikes

I don't like the mess good.. it's quite boring
Restrooms are not tidy..will be more clean
Hostel facility is poor .no wifi ..rooms are small

I chose this course for abroad work opportunities...but in this college they didn't have separate lab for this course..but they have equipment... faculties are less..same faculties teach more than 2 or 3 subjects

Here in Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan college of engineering and technology.. I'm studying be biomedical engineering...out of hundred I'll give 50 only for this course..fees is 65000 for first and second year..85000 for Third and final year

Campus Life

Sports activities are very. Poor. Other than studies they are not giving any other activities...but they have nss.. student council to solve students issues for sure....then they conduct some of the program

Admission

Comparing to. Other college fees is affordable in this college for sure .... admission process is easy... better you choose counselling. For this college. Otherwise fees is quite. Extra ..for management quota

Faculty

Faculty members are friendly...but some department lacks facilities..some are knowledgeable but many are none ...some are strict ..some are jovial persons ... they'll teach in english and Tamil . Some faculty put effort

Night Life

There is library accessable during 8am to 5pm..hostel timing 4to 8am...here the famous hangout spot is mamallapuram...bus stand is placed in walkable distance..to roam around at night is quite dangerous only

Placement Experience:

The students start sitting for placement from 6th semester i.e the end of third year itself, while many students start getting job offers at the start of 7th semester itself. The placememt percentage here is very good it is around 90% amd the average placement for 2025 placement session is around 15.76 lakh or maybe higher since results are not made available to us ye, the highest offer is around 55lakh+ according to some fourth year students. The number of companies visiting us are many; they include tech giants such as google,microsoft,amazon, sony, samsung, NVIDIA, quolcomm, AMD, Yahoo and highliting companies are Ceat, Volvo, Wolkswagen, LT, Bosch, mcafee and the list goes on and on and on. i plan on getting a job and then going for higher studies in a foreign university.

NIT TRICHY- COLLEGE REVIEW

Placement Experience:

The placements are the best part of this college. This college provides a very good placements both on and off campus to its students the placement percentage is also very good for all the branches ofcourse the placement packages are higher for students of CSE AND ECE branches but others also get a very good package. Students get eligible for placements from the 4th year some even get a PPO from the company they do their intership at in the third year. Big and Prominent comapnies visit our college such as Google, Microsoft, Samsung, Tata Steel, Qualcom, NVIDIA and more recently they gave around 900 offers to the students the highest package was aroung 65 lpa and the average package stood at 16 lpa for the college which is very good as compared to other colleges. The student placement percentage is also very good where aroung 85-90 percent of the students gets placed evey year in defferent sectors like software, Data Science, Management and Core sectors of their branch.

I choose this college over the other colleges because of the affordability and college infrastructure. Comparing to other colleges my college fee seems affordable price with decent education place for the students. I applied for meenakshi college, peri college and agni college. In meenakshi college, the management expects more than 85% cutoff. For the agni college and peri college they charges the higher prices for the tuition fee comparing to my college. In meenakshi college, I got rejected because I can't meet their requirements (should have 85% cutoff). In agni and peri college students needs to pay the donation fee around 200000 for the admission so that I couldn't make it there . In our college, the students should score 55% and above cutoff to go through the admission process. The JEE exam isn't mandatory to get admitted in our college but the cutoff marks from those exam can have a chance to get the students preferred courses. In JEE exam the students should score more than 130 cutoff marks for the admission process....Read More

Since I have opt this college as my 1st preference in counseling I got it and couldn't change it. While comparing fees structure with other colleges this one is better one but in coaching side still they need an improvement.
