What Students Say

Likes

There is good computer lab for computer science students and other labs too for other branches
There is some sort of hackathons and competition organised in different interval of time
There are many type of clubs for extracurricular activities like for photography, drama, coding and so on

Dislikes

The Infrastructure needs some improvement
Students are more theoretical knowledge oriented over practical

Course Curriculum Overview

Data analyst, AI, Blockchain are emerging computer science industries that's the reason to enroll myself in this course. The curriculum is good but not on point and upto the mark of upcoming need in my opinion till date. Final semester Exam takes place in 3 to 4months interval and the level of exam is easy to moderate level.

Class Size: 68Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Internships Opportunities

College as of now in my knowledge not provide any company internship but in-house internships are organised by the College and there is no role of stipend here. You have to search internship for you by yourself.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yearly fee is 90k- 1lakh approx. Mp govt. Scholarship according to catagory and percentage if you are in medhavi student you will get scholarship accordingly and if not so you will get 30k to 32k scholarship for OBC.

Campus Life

There is a main fest of this college which is called as Samrat Utsav (SU) celebrated on grand level for a week or so where sports, competition, quiz and cultural program takes place. The library is vast and having books related to aur need but sometimes there is shortage of some books. There are smart classroom also There are many clubs for overall growth like for drama, photography, coding and others

Admission

As I am locality and don't have any plan to go to other city so this college is on my top priority. The admission process is as per govt. Norms like by filling forms over website for choosing college and course and if got the college so the basic college fee and other documentation work. The cutoff is not that high in this college and most of the people want cs in this college.

Faculty

The faculties are having friendly nature and my favourite faculty is Pathak sir who is mathematics professor his teaching style and methods are impressive to me and excits me to do maths. There are 2 mid semester and 1 final semester examination in 1 semester.

Night Life

There is a gym in our college but I never went there so I don't have anything to let u know about it. There is a canteen Hostels are there for boys and girls but most of the boys not opt for it. The night timing of hostel is maybe 8 or 9 pm but I am not sure about timing.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Core Subject Coverage Subjects like Data Structures, Operating Systems, DBMS, Mathematics, etc., provide a strong base. Structured Semester System The curriculum is well-organized across 8 semesters with gradual difficulties. Ensures standardized syllabus according to industry relevant. They take exam frequently.

Placement Experience:

Sunstone is planning placement for us as they promised a lest placement of 4lpa or more from the extra courses they are running and training is and also provides chances to sit in multiple interviews of companies. Companies like appzeto , even digit, Lancesoft many students git placement of 7lpa. After degree if I can get placement from sunstone sage I will get it or try to crack off campus placement.

Affordable College with Decent Opportunities and Scope for Self- Growth.

Placement Experience:

Placement at SKITM are decent and improving year by year . Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester. Reputed companies like TCS,wipro , Infosys and some emerging firms visit the campus. The averages package is around 3-4 LPA ,while the higher goes upto 6-7 LPA in some cases . Around 60% students get placed , especially those who have good technical skills and communication skills. The college also provide basic training and guidance for placements, which helps students prepare for interview The college provide some support, but it is not enough for high - paying jobs, so students need to prepare on their own.

Deom semester 2 students can avail for internship and from semester 4 students can avial for placements There are several companies like accentire, Infosys, tcs, learn flu, pcs pvt ltd, advikait, internslite, blucurcursor, rackbank etc It make about 280 offers The highest package is 11 lpa and average is 4 lpa 70 percent students get placed

Placement Experience:

Good but not Bad

Placement Experience:

From the 4th semester student can apply for internships and for placement student should be in 5th semester of his or her college life. There's very difficulties in getting placed by the company because few of the company comes to college and very fewer gets placed. So student must develop the skills on their own and apply for off campus selection. More than 8.5 cgpa for average package and more than 9 cgpa is required for a good company... I'm planning to give upsc exams after graduation

Placement Experience:

Not much helpful in terms of placements.not very big MNC companies visit there and average packages are not much high the faculty will not guide you about placements you have to prepare on your own and apply for offline placements.

From the 7th or 6th semester, students become eligible for campus placement. there are too many it companies visited here like TCS Infosys etc. The highest package in this college is 8lpa. From my point of view, this college is not suitable for good campus placement.

About Samrat Ashok Technological Institute vidisha

I was sad because i have scored less percentile in JEE mains and taught that i wouldn't getting government college then i filled counselling of M.P state and got this college to choose then i have found some reasons like i have told you above that it is a government college and very old so have a strong alumini network then i saw location and Vidisha is close to a metro city which is a good advantage as bhopal is future tech hub as some startups are getting bigger here. So i taken this college. I have made mind of JEC Jabalpur and SATI and in Jabalpur i am not getting any CSE branch so have taken here admission. As the admission process is very easy here that you have to apply for M. P state counselling and you get choice to take admission on the basis of JEE , 12th basis and also Management Quota. This is totally depends on jee mains rank which college you get and if our rank is good then we get topmost tear one college for b.tec . Yes i get lots of rejection due to lower rank in jee.
