Course Curriculum Overview

3

I have chosen this course in my rayat bahra university because they provide with internship at the last of the course and as well they teach basic subjects which are required in various government exams for the same. However ,few improvements should be done like providing more lab classes, visiting real lab sessions , live experiment experiences etc. Enough teachers should be available for all courses so that classes don't go unattended

Placement Experience

2

4th year students are eligible for internships and placements offered by the university but 100% placements are not here. The placements are done according to the merit of a student and score scored by them in their course duration. The forensic course is new so there are no ny offers or companies who have visited for this course yet but will start to visit from this year only I will try to give a govt examination after my UG degree and then pursue my MSc from some government college in order to get a good job

Fees and Financial Aid

My total year fees is sixty thousand, thirty thousand being for one semester which included 13500 as tution fees and rest being the lab and practical fees U have to pay before your semester examination of amount 1200 in total other than the examination fees

Campus Life

3

Overall campus life is good as there are so many festivities and programs going on the university. The famous among all is techno virsa in which almost whole of the college participates .Recently the girls night out of movies snacks and several games was held for fun purposes. There is a very huge and we'll maintained library which is open 24/7 for students ,even at night and has huge number of books in all aspects and field of sciences as well as fiction Also, there are several clubs like events club going on in the campus.University also provided with NSS and NCC training in the campus

Hostel Facilities

3

The hostel facility is however not as good as expected. They take 55000 per semester and the meal is not very good . The menu is repeated every week and there is not much variation in the food and it's taste. The mess is purely vegetarian, except Sundays where they provide only one egg for non vegetarians .On Sundays there are option between whether u want to take an egg or break pakoda which is very weird for all of us and you can only take one . And in snacks ,we are provided with only tea and biscuits and not much . The hostel registration process was quite tiring and also there is only facility of fan and one bulb in one room and the taps are always leaking in the bathroom .The complaints always get unheard until u complaint for like 10 times in a row and call your parents The university is good but hostel facilities are not upto the mark .not highly recommending

Admission

I had applied to a college in jaipur for same course but it was not providing me with basic subjects of zoology and physics and chemistry which are much needed requirement in several government exams and this university has provided me with all of this as it is a honours course of four years duration I had given AIFSET paper and got cleared ,I was provided with 5 colleges as an option to choose and I chose this college as this is providing honours course and is 5 hour journey from my home others were very far away from my hometown. In AIFSET paper,u have to fill a form and apply for the examination and it is an online mode examination where there are 100 questions and you have to answer correctly and will get admission accordingly to your marks and cut offs of the respective universities or colleges

Faculty

4

The faculty is friendly and helping in nature .However, number of teachers are less as compared to the courses available and sometimes the classes go unattended by them But ,I like our class teacher Mrs loveleen mam.She teaches us basics of FSc and she makes it really easy to understand There are few of them which I don't like personally because they are rude and less knowledgeable as compared to other teachers About the exams,we had one MST in one semester and 2 practicals and at last final semester exams ,the level of exams is quite moderate which is not very difficult or easy to give .Almost all the students pass in them .

Night Life

2

There is gym in the campus which has 800 fees for a month and is open for both girls and boys in the evening.Library is located near it and is opened for everyone 24/7 .the hostelers are advised to get inside the campus before 7 in summer and 6 in winters.and the day scholars should leave the campus before 5 in the evening The college has a great food court with variety of dishes and cuisines named MHC food court And other small outlets as well

Other Applied Colleges

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course that is bsc in artificial intelligence and data science is quite demanding and I think this is the only field which is growing faster. Another reason for choosing this was I had huge interest in this field. But faculty, their teaching way and syllabus is too way less as compared to course. They focus more on their rather than the practical work but in this field practical work is more important than theory as theory plays no role in this field . They must reduce the number of mid sem exams conducted and focus more on making students better in practical work. After the starting of semester, just after 25 days when syllabus not even completed as the 1st unit.. they shout spreading the news of exams. We just got too busy in exams which make us feel distracted from our real work .

I choose this course because I wanted to do higher studies in Physics and then I want to work in ISRO as a scientist. Faculty:student ratio is 1:15 Professors and Staff members as highly qualified. They are very supportive. Always ready to help students. Semester exams are little bit difficult but can be passed easily if you have done hard work during the semester.
