Likes

The college is autonomous so the exams are pretty easy to deal with compared to other colleges .
The assignment ls are not tough and time consuming they are related to our studies and sometimes we just need to make notes for assignment
I can't think of a third thing I like about the college

Dislikes

They literally blame us for every thing if someone does something wrong we are the one facing the consequences even if we don't even know who did it.
The facilities are old the library only has capacity to facilitate only like 24 students and it's only opened till 6.00 pm
The benches are in bad condition your clothes get stuck every now and then in them.

Course Curriculum Overview

I really wanted to discover how blockchain works. The carriculum is quite nice it gives you an over all idea of what you need to cover up in real life to achieve skills the frequency of exams are like a month apart.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 91400 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I pay an yearly fees of 91400 The tuition fees is 55000. No registration fees. Yearly fees of 33900. Caution money of 1500. University fees of 500. Co-operative Membership of 500 And you have to pay the yearly college website subscription fees of 475 including taxes. You can get scholarship for ST SC and OBC and you can also get the mmvy scholarship.

Campus Life

The name of the annual tech fest is samrat utsav its an early fest along with technovision they are not something grand but still good the library system is literally just for show like they have really good books but we aren't allowed to borrow them even the final year seniors they are just for show. Every classroom has a projector . And we do have quite good sports facilities. But I must say the official clubs are quite nice and helping.

Admission

I didn't really apply or hoped for any other college cause my family was just hopping l'd get into sati so I don't think I can answer this question properly. As for the cutoff of my college it was pretty low at my time I had a percentile of 63 when I got electronics branch and then in upgrade I got blockchain

Faculty

We kind of lack faculty but they hired more recently. The faculty is quite approachable they are nice. Their are some really good faculty members . I didn't like Jyoti ma'am cause she literally forgets what she is suppose to tech while teaching us and then asks us about it but got all mad and cranky when we complained against her. Their are 3 exams and 2 quizes per subjects and they are not that difficult to pass

Night Life

We do have a gym but it's barely a gym and really small but the opening time and closing time is not on time the college starts at 10.30 and ends at 5.30 there are not alot of places you can hangout with your friends around the college you can go to skyhight or the street vendor's.

Life at OIST, Bhopal

Placement Experience:

In our college, placements take place in the final year of the course. By 7th semester, students are eligible to sit for placements. The placement opportunities are quite decent, an average package consists of 5 - 6 LPA every year. Several companies visit our campus like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, Cisco, etc. Now, startups also started to visit for placements. Highest package has been 72 LPA, and every year in off campus as well, many students achieve high package like 8 - 12 LPA. Nearly 70% of students gets placed, also some students has other plans for their future. About me, I think of going for placements in my final year for which I have started preparation.

Excellent college and unbeatable placement

Placement Experience:

After 10th semester the student are available for campus placement Cap Gemini kpit Amazon apple and Google and many other companies are visited in my call is the average package of my college is 6 lakh and the highest package of my colleges 50 lakh about 17% students are getting of placement plan in the student a job is in the Google company average salary from reviews include that the average salary can be low despite Google placement are management of few reviews point out that the management is not always a student focused and from spectrum of the colleges operations could be improved college provider placement as compared to other colleges but college management are not good our very helpful for our students our colleges are very good and and facilities of placement but our colleges are not available in pure water in and drink not available in not available drinking water

College placement are good as compared to other colleges because in recession time only tit college provides placement for our students so college placement are better but if you are hardworking man or women so your package is better so if you take good package so start hardwork or discipline in college academic. Many people are placed from college from cse, ece from other branches its quite less. Overall the placement ecosystem is highly supportive and prepares students for their professional careers.

I was sad because i have scored less percentile in JEE mains and taught that i wouldn't getting government college then i filled counselling of M.P state and got this college to choose then i have found some reasons like i have told you above that it is a government college and very old so have a strong alumini network then i saw location and Vidisha is close to a metro city which is a good advantage as bhopal is future tech hub as some startups are getting bigger here. So i taken this college. I have made mind of JEC Jabalpur and SATI and in Jabalpur i am not getting any CSE branch so have taken here admission.
