- Computer Labs are well maintained and Fully Air-Conditonered
- All the classrooms are with pre installed projectors and thats really helpful
- Some Teachers are so supportive and make sure they clear of our doubts
Dislikes
- Some banches are broken broken in classroom which require urgent attention
- Some teachers are not able to complete the syllabus as semesters are small which lead us to grind on last minute
- There are so many misleads happened in google meets like ppl saying bad things to professors in front of them and even when club activities if we invite other old alumni they will do bad things and last innocent people suffer from that ~
Course Curriculum Overview
- I really want to study Computer Science with some specilization and Samrat Ashok Technological Institute is one of the oldest college and its really fine, I choosed Computer Science and Engineering ( Block-Chain ) and I am fairly happy with - Curriculum are good as it complete all the syllabus of gate in 4 year - Teaching Methods ; Some Faculty puts so much efforts and Some not and I really belive it is fine , We learned how to study without depending on profs that much - The exams are of 3 hr from this semster which is more then enough and I am really happy with it
Internships Opportunities
I did my internship from Technook Every semester we get inhouse internship from college which is failry happy with as its really helpful As I am in secound year I dont get that much opportunities yet but its really good in terms of internship as so many students are doing internship
Placement Experience
- From 7 Semester Onwards Students are eligible for Campus placement - The Companies which visited the college : Yash Technolgies , Razourpay , TCS and Infosis more : Yash Technologies - 6-8lakh : RazourPay - 4,5lakh : TCS - 4,5lakh : Infosis - 7-9lakh - College is Tieing up with TCS - Highest Package is of 20lakh and average Package is of 4/5 lakhs - CGPA should be about 7.5 or 8 . Depends on company - My plan after getting degree is to do masters from IIT
Fees and Financial Aid
The yearly fees is of 89400 and We have to pay 30000 in one sem and in 2nd sem we need to pay remaining fees If you have 75% in CBSE and 85% in MP board then you are eligible for scholarship Fees structure is good. If you are eligible for an scholarships its really good People for SC,ST category if they have income of less then 8 lakh you are eligible for scholarship
Campus Life
- Overall Campus life is good , Its a beautiful college filled with greenry which is best for morning walks - The Samrat Uttsav and Technofest are conducted by college - There are various clubs Technical Club : Flux Dance Club : Rudraksh Music Club : Swar NSS NCC Speaker and Skill development : FIAT - There are sport club and gyms in the college - Students run various clubs such as : communcation Clubs which is very helpful for communication as it is a biggest key
Hostel Facilities
Boys Hostel: - There are two hostels for Boys : First Year Boys Hostel and RNT First Year Boys hostel and RNT : For first year student : Which is really good , Two people share the same room and Its good It cost for single year : 30000 and its effortable Meals are fairly fine according to price and student decide which food to make I rented a room in durga nagar from secound year itself which is really close to college
Admission
- Samrat Ashok Technological Institute Vidisha : Is one of the oldest College in middle India and The faculty members are good too and according to my marks in Jee Mains its really good and I am fairly happy with - I do got rejected from other colleges for CS branch , My JEE marks are not enough to get me there ! I should have work even more hard - About Admission Process I got throught my jee Mains result by MPDET which is for colleges in Madhya Pradesh ! I got enough percentile to get into this college and cutoff was fairly high this year and over addmission process is simple which are following : - Once get Selected - Document Verification - Fees Submission - End
Faculty
So about faculty members they are really so supportive , Belive or not They understand what students are going through and they make sure to help us and bonds are good if student is good Our Java Mam : She is best she made the concepts so easy to understand, I am thankful for her About course structure : 2 Semesters take place in 12 month which is fine Exam Systems : Exam paper is made from ppl college professors itself and checked by them too Exam cell is responsible for that Marking schemes: Midsem : 20 Marks , Quiz : 10 Marks , Assignments : 10 Marks and Theory : 60 Marks Over all exams : If we study overall exam are moderate
Interview Experience
No there is nothing as group discussion ! in the college while taking admission and Its really I feel less stressful Because so many schools does that while admission Its really not in our college I got into here on first time
Night Life
The nightlife in college is overall good Boys should come inside hostel around 8PM (1,2,3,4year) Girls should come inside hostel around 7PM (1st year) , 8PM(2,3,4year} Students can rome around at night and its fairly safe because only authorized people can come inside it We can go to various places after college to unwind such as Madhav Garden and Some places to eat There is gym inside the college which is fine and There is cafeteria which is really good and library is filled with nessesary books Its so safe
