Course Curriculum Overview

4

BSc Microbiology is no doubt a great branch to study medicine and medical field. Also the college propose a great curriculum for the course. The curriculum is a bit hard which is necessary to prepare the students for the real world applications. The labs and classes are suitable for further academic pursuits. The frequency of timing of exams are about 2-3 months.

Internships Opportunities

3

The companies like Nestle, Himalaya, KPMG provide internship to the students and the role that is generally offered is customer service maker intern. The stipend generally offered around 20-25k per month and the internship run around 2-3 months

Placement Experience

4

The 5th semester students are eligible for the campus placements. The top recruiters are Nestle, Himalaya, KPMG, LG, Colgate, Asian paints, MRF, Dabur etc. The highest package was 35lpa which is of an MIB student. The average package roams around 5-6lpa. Around 70-80% students get placed every year. My plan after the degree is to get a good job in my field

Fees and Financial Aid

The year wise fees is as follows. The first year fees is 94000 which includes dress charges. Second year fees is 85000 Indian rupees. Third year fees is 85000 Indian rupees. The above mentioned fees is the whole fees there is not extra charges or any development charges. But 2100 rupees was charged for the registration at the time of admission only. There is no different fees every category has the same fees for my course.

Campus Life

4

There are so many fest held at the college. The freshers part held around January. The farewell party held in may or June. The cultural fest held in January or February. The sports fest held in may or June. And so many technical fests and seminars held every month or two. There are so many technical and cultural clubs in college which the students can join accordingly to their interest.

Admission

I haven't applied to any other colleges because BSc Microbiology is available in only this college in ghaziabad. The faculty and the overall rating of the college is great so I directly applied to the college The admission process was simple. First there was an interview session and after that I have to give an interview and then I was selected for the admission. I have paid the registration charges then and after that I submitted my year fees and I was admitted in the college.

Faculty

4

Rhe faculty-to-student ratio is descent. The students can approach the faculty at their designated cabin in the staff room. The faculty is so helpful and always ready to solve students problem. I love my HOD so much . She is really kind and soft spoken. I needed her help quite a few times and she is really great. Also I don't have a faculty who is not great. I like everyone for what they're doing. There are 2 sessional and 1 university exam in a year.

Interview Experience

4

No the admission process was simple. I have paid my registration charges, and there was a short round of counselling and then there was a short interview related to courses and my choices. Then I submitted my fees and got the admission

Night Life

4

There is a cafeteria and the Nescafe in the campus where the students can Hangout. There are few places around the college where students can Hangout and have few snacks and street food. The closing time of girls hostel is 8pm. And the boys hostel don't have such restrictions.

Placement Experience:

Lucknow University does not have very strong campus placements for B.Sc students, as most companies prefer professional or technical courses like B.Tech or MBA. However, a few job fairs and placement drives are organized where companies from education, sales, and basic research roles visit. The placement opportunities usually start after the 5th semester. The average package offered is quite low compared to other professional colleges, and only a small percentage of students get placed through campus. Most B.Sc students prefer to go for higher studies like M.Sc, B.Ed or prepare for competitive exams such as SSC, Bank, UPSC, State PCS, etc.

Uhmm like they complete their syllabus on time. They have given a specific amount of classes to complete the course but if all the classes are completed and syllabus is not done than they take extra classes that too in the morning which is very bad.
