Course Curriculum Overview

5

I choose course because its my childhood dream,so i didnt bother much about curriculum, the curriculam is so far good but lot of writing work is required which might make you irritated some times ,improvement i dont know about that ,timing is not bad and not so difficult ,its medium

Internships Opportunities

5

Internships are done in ggh hospital near to the college. Salary for a intern is twenty two thousand approxiamately . With that experience we can get a more salary upto one lakh per month which may even rise furthur

Fees and Financial Aid

1st,2nd,3rd,4th year fees 15000 each year. Tuition fees 10000 Sports fee 1500 Lab fees 2000 Books are seperately bought which will cost approxiamately ten thousand rupees. I dont have any scholarship(oc)so i should pay complete fees

Campus Life

3

Infrastructure is somewhat old there can be improvement of the infrastructure and technology they are upgrading to the modern world as fast as they can sports are less compared to other colleges and extra curricular activities are also less

Admission

I gave my first preference to this college it is one of the best in our state andhra pradesh and impotantly close to my hometown vijayawada . admission procees is through state quota counselling conducted by ntr university. eligibilty is neet exam and cutoffs are for my general category me its nearly 30000 and i got 19000 rank

Faculty

5

Faculty to student ratio. Is quite good here and they are also friendly which makes teacher student engagement easy,i particularly dont bias any faculty but i liked physiology department more ,there is no one i didnt like in my college so far, coming to exams i say they are bit stressful though easy as they will be coming one after other, though its better than private colleges who conduct exams day by day

Night Life

2

Nightlife is good if you if you are with friends but places sre not so good to roam here. No tourist places not much cafes all are far from college no gyms near rooms near are not so good not that much of a secure area too

My choice for this profession is that,it gives highest level of respect It is the Profession to save the lives of people The life which was taken away by the evil can be dragged back by the doctors The first year's dissection of cadavers,2nd 3rd 4th year's gives the experience to treat any case and to overcome the fear of blood No improvements needed in our college,as everything seems perfect Timing is planned by expertise, frequency of exams is very accurate and gives boost to remember every topic

The time table of the circulum is best but they can still make it better by adding some revision classes for theory too. They have revision classes for practicals only . The classes are too fast so atleast they should add one revision class

Course Curriculum Overview:

MBBS is the only course that could make me a surgeon that I always wanted to become, hence I chose this course I choose this college due to its high patient load . I could also go to AIIMS Deogarh, Jammu, Guwahati, Madhurai or Jipmer Karaikal but I choose AMC over them is due to Patient load only. Here I can get good clinical exposure compared to those There are programs like Family Adoption programme, Early Clinical Exposure form the first year itself , and from second year only students go to ward postings. There is always real world application in this course This course particularly dont want any improvements in my opinion, NMC regulates and improves the curriculum in real time and that is implemented in this college perfectly. For every like 3 months we have internal exams to assess ourselves . And final exams in the last.

The staff and the teaching make us feel happy for choosing this field. They give us pandemic modules and give us early clinical exposure so we can learn things earlier. But the teaching must not just stick on to classes but we need clinical training.

It was my dream to pursue mbbs. I had worked hard for 3 years to get qualify for neet and to get a seat in medical college. No crisis of faculties.I feel it's a better faculty students ratio when compared to other medical colleges..5 -8 faculties per department Faculty qualification: mbbs followed by MD or ms, super speciality also (some) , some: diploma in respective departments Yearly-based exams conducted on January -Feb It was slightly difficult to pass unless we study from starting of the academic year and understood & knowledge about the subject
