A fresshers experience of kiit

Course is very relevant to class 12 th there are two schemes in first year btech A and B , in a scheme there is physics maths evs bio c lab and elective two in b scheme you have chemisty maths bee betc english and lastly one elective , very planned and measured syllabus

Microscft, visa, walmart, amazon all of the IT bulls come here for paid internships and if you perform well you can also grab the job just from the internship . Kiit is very helpful in that about internships and all

My college confirms 90% placements the placement cell is really helpfull and perfect to brag a job on campus, i am planning to get a job in a MNC and then shift abroad or any metro city in INDIA, then swtich the job after gaining experience

The fees of btech cse is 2 lakhs every semester and if you got rank in 1000 of KIITEE. You will get a scholarship of 4,80,000 as 10k each month through 4 year. There is no need scholarships only merit scholarship is given

Kiit campus life is one of the best campus life you have offerd ever in india , the 4km span expanded campus is so huge that I haven't explored a lot of the places. There are lot of lot of societies and clubs in college , thers a whole 5 story building for clubs and all You will get the best dating and all and cool friends over here

There are a lot of types of hostel mine is the top they provide 2 bed ac premium you get a room with atteched bathroom 2 different big cupboards and two study tables. The food is not that great as its a hostel but you will manage after a month , i will suggest you to rent or stay in pg that will cost less in every aspects. My hostel rent is 60k per semester plus the food is 22.5k

I choose this college because of the placement and the academics , i also got in many nits and vit but i was not getting CSE core , all i got was specialisation and i got cse core in kiit so i did choose . And the admission process is you have to give a entrance exam the branch and scholarship depends upon that also you can use your jee results for admission

Theres a good ratio of faculty to students you will get a bunch of good professors here and you eill hace a good and healthy relationship between faculty as most of them are very polite and good and well educated . The best faculty for me is tapan bastia my mentor hod of chemistry in kiit and worst is pk patra betc teachers there are two exams in each semenster mid sem and end sem and you will have some quiz and other exams like internals

Look kiit are very strict on the hostel in in time his 6.30pm in few hostel it is 7-7.30pm max , if you are late a bit they will charge fine on you thats 500 inr, the night life is really good if you just live in pg or rent a flat . You will get a lot of lott of bars pubs and clubs , food all over near the campus the best you can imagine
