My college life

College management is always ready to help and assist any student who is facing any sort of difficulty regarding the course or any type of problem during the course duration.

The Course Curriculum is precisely designed. A balance is well maintained between the real industry and the training that is imparted during the course. The course curriculum is overall easy. There is a wide Industry exposure. The students stay motivated through workshops and Practical Training classes.

The placement cell is very effective as it trains each student to groom professionally and prepares the students to appear perfectly in the interviews. The internship is also made under five-star properties like Grand Hyatt, Kochi.

The events play the most vital role in college life. Mostly events like independence day celebration, teacher's day celebration; Creative Competitions take place in the college Campus making the campus life even more exciting. The grand celebration of Fresher's party is celebrated as it works as the interactive and team activity session for the students. The students learn the responsibility and also gets an opportunity to interact with the faculty and senior students and develop a greater idea about the Institute.

The fees structure has been affordable compared to other private institutes. The fees for 1.5 years diploma in Hospitality management is 85k approx. EMI mode of payment made it, even more, easier for me. The fees structure has been nominal for me as I did compare it with certain other institutes. The semester mode of payment makes it even more simple to pay. The fees of JBHM has been so precisely designed as it could be availed by students of almost all social strata.

No such loan facility was availed by me, but in some special cases, loans and scholarships are given to certain special cases. Bank loan facility can be availed if any student opts for a longer duration course.

The campus life is quite eventful. Many competitions and celebrations keep on taking place in the institute. The labs with modern technical equipment help the students in taking the training properly. The front office Lab is quite attractive as it has been designed in a modular version of the real hotel industry. The state of the art kitchen with bakery segment makes the food production lab the most attractive place compared to other labs.

The Alumni network is quite good at JBHM. The ex-students stay in touch with the college and provide help regarding study materials, keeps updated about the current industry.

The admission procedure was done successfully with the help of Administration cell. The college authority is very helpful and always ready to give full assistance and proper guideline to the candidates who come to visit. The admission was done by filling up a general inquiry form. A counseling session was arranged and the counselor helped me a lot to choose the correct profile for the betterment of my future. The admission cell is very fast and effective in this college.

There is a lot to learn from the faculty. Faculty is quite motivating and the process of giving the training to the students is excellent. The faculty gives special attention to students. A lot can be learned from the senior faculty as they provide excellent training in each department.
