Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum makes it easier to understand the subjects of law and apply it in the real world. The college provides us with internships as well to get out there in the real world The frequency and timing of the exams are okay, they give ample amount of time to prepare and there's a nice window left for preparation, although I do believe they could've made the backlog exam schedule a little better and less hectic.
Fees and Financial Aid
At the time of admission, the first installment of around 4 lakhs need to be paid. After that, it's 2.5 lakhs per semester. 1.5 lakh is the annual hostel fees 60k is the annual mess fees 2 lakh is the annual academic fees
Campus Life
Okay so the biggest event here is Syminaret. It's held in march-April, a 2-3 day event where the entire college goes all out. Cultural events, sport events, academic events, you name it. The event ends each night with a pro night, where renowned artists like When Chai Met Toast, Ritwiz, Twin Strings come and perform. The library is well equipped with everything you would ever need that has to do about law. The facilities and technology provided at the campus is okay, there's Wi-Fi everywhere and we have multiple computer labs and smart classes.
Admission
I applied to Lovely Professional University, Christ University, and Symbiosis Law School Noida and Hyderabad. I chose this campus as my cousin has graduated from here and she gave it a critical and good review.
Faculty
Faculty to student ratio, in a ballpark, is 1:100 The faculty is pretty nice and very approachable The best faculty in my opinion is Dr. Shayueq Ahmad, he is an assistant professor and he is great at it. I don't like Dr. K Shanthi, as I feel she has a bias for some students. There are approximately around 5-7 exams each semester, and the exams are not easy to give. It is challenging and you will need to prepare in order to score well.
Night Life
There's a curfew at 11:30pm, so there's not much of a night life after that. But there's a lot of places to hangout with your friends before curfew to just chill. The gym is not well equipped at all and is too crowded, although there's an expansion going to happen soon.
