What Students Say

Likes

Teachers are somewhere supporting regarding studies and extra activities.
The campus is really peaceful, refreshing.
Classrooms. They have enough lights and are large.

Dislikes

Some students from other college roaming outside and making girls uncomfortable.
Teachers not taking action of complaints and solving in fun way.
The canteen closes at 5 and the library for the night college we don't have book we just have reference books which is of 600 pages.

Course Curriculum Overview

This course that time was very ,uch in the market as a student just graduated hsc with such low marks didn't even have courage to tell my parents what to choose. Its a really interesting course every year new things. Improvement can be done by seperating good and bad students ( in study )

Class Size: 66Course Fees: INR 32463 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Yearly the fee increases by some number. For this sem i paid 16000 and half is remaing to pay. As a student from general categry i dont have any redcution. Regarding, scholorship they circulated google forms and only 1 , 2 people from sports quota get scholorship.

Campus Life

Yes the festivals conducted are nice. just night college doesn't get this much of opportunity but they don't provide food in festivals like why? they should atleast provide vadapav or sandwich it will beb good if they do that

Admission

Birla college is a well known college here every student wants to be part of it. I was in different college then in SY i took admission here. Admission process is simple. Match the criteria, submit documents.

Faculty

The relation between faculty and student is really nice. I like Rupesh Patil sir he is calm and supportive. Everyone is good in their way. Exams are once a semester and it't medium type of exam. Overall its nice.

Night Life

gyms are nice different timing for girls and boys making is a choice. library facility is not that good as it only porvides reference books . Famous place is outside the birla college the food line is amazing and recently a new park opened it is also nice

Well worth the journey!

Course Curriculum Overview:

Parricularly the modules which focused on animal science & botany, the curriculum was built to learn from basics to the advance level towards research area of biology which impressed me alot. The focus on animal biology, statistics, cell biology & genetics, ecology & wildlife conservation, Immunology & biotechnology leads a foundation to successfully enter the real-world and apply this knowledge for better cause of humans as well as animals. As the therotical teaching method can differ from on-hand experience on field there is a need to improve the course curriculum around this issue. The learning period was designed perfectly in-course of the prepaption time between each test and it wasn't difficult if we are well prepared.

Course Curriculum Overview:

It's average or below average in term of real world experience curriculum there no such thing. Teaching is not bad there are big screen in class to teach from and blackboard. But most students don't know anything about the real world projects and techniques. Syllabus is controlled by mumbai University is too told and does not have any use in real world industries which need to be changed and most important since IT sector is something which advances and changes each year

In univeral college from sem 6 students become eligible for campus placements, Name of the companies offered in placement is TATA TCS, Infotech , and etc. Highest package from our college is 10 LPA and average is 3.2 lacs per annum. 20% percent of students successfully get placed in the companies from our placement team. After getting degree i will prefer to study more with MCA two years of course and side by side business & developing webs and applications as this is my passion and motive. i will prefer business Now i am interested in python programming language and JAVA after this React JS, Node JS and PL / SQL + MONGO DB for backend programming which has no user interactions.
