My College in Nutshell.

Our college actually follows very old r22 syllabus. They do not update the curriculum regularly, so it's very hard to meet the expectations of the software industries without any other coachings. We have 2 mids and in the span of 6 months. 4 months for mid1 and 2 months for mid2.

In our college students are eligible for campus placements in 4th year 2nd semester.not many people get placements here. The highest placement our college got is 11.5 lpa , and the lowest is 1.2 lpa. Not many big companies visit our college for campus placements.

I actually didn't manage to get a seat in the college through my eamcet, so I joined through management quota. I paid 212500 in first year and 189000 for the rest of the years. I'm currently in 3rd year. Most of my friends pay the same but some pay extra cause, some didn't manage to qualify in eamcet. My juniors are paying more then us, like 3-4 lakhs per annum.

There aren't many cultural festivals in our college. There are some technical festivals like avishkar, impluse, tech Nirvana,etc...but the college management is quite stingy. So they won't conduct many festivals.

The hostel experience is pretty bad. The rooms are too small. And each room is alloted to 3 members and the corner rooms have 4 people. The food in hostel is really bad. Breakfast and dinner is in hostel where as lunch is in college which is not bad

I joined this college with my friend. I didn't manage to get a seat in this college with my eamcet rank, so I joined through management quota. I didn't reach out to any other colleges, so me and my friend can join the college together.

There are actually more number of teachers in our college, but most of them are not that great. There are few good teachers, like GRS Murthy sir, who is very strict about the academics and Kalyan chakravarthi sir whose who explains everything in detail.

Our college is situated in the outskirts of the city, so there are only a few hangout spots like beach, some cafeterias. Most of the students hangout with friends in beach or in kilasagiri, and few people go to cafes and restaurants.
