An Institute, which believes in creating careers

This is a very good institution to be groomed and employable. But, if you are interested to be so then only it will work. If someone is not improving they will just let them pass and roam around. But, they will not take the responsibility or they will not force them to improve

Course curriculum is very much reality oriented. Each and every single topic comes with a project or task where you have to study, survey and analyse the real life facts and have to make a decision on whether the analysis result is matching with your theoritical study and if not then how is it deviated.

For placement awards itself says about the placement of this college. 1100 job opportunities given to 172 students and minimum salary was 3.5 lakh fixed +minimum 1 lakh variable per annum. And for the summer internship all of us got opportunities though some of them were unpaid. But overall mentoring within the internship period from our internal faculties and other staffs were commendable

1. Serendipity - an annual event of inter collegiate sports and annual cultural event. The speciality of this event is it is planned and executed fully by students and it is taken as a live management project by all the students. 2. Annual management lectures - containing 10 top class corporate leaders lectures and direct interaction with students this one is also very important part of the institution

If it is compared with other b schools in kolkata it may not be the cheapest but a degree with NBA, AIU accreditation is not a very bad deal for 6.9 lakh. They took 6.9 lakh as a package in which tution fees, bus service, other educational expenditures were included

There are a few tie ups with banks from which they provide loans for the students but no scholarship program is there according to my knowledge. If you are planning to get admission here you can ask your co-ordinator for loan facilities and they will help you for getting that

As I was saying earlier they provide many events which are planned and executed by students only. So, there are many events all over the year which you can enjoy as well as take as a learning. KYLF is a social working wing of the institution where you can excersice the love for the society and giving back to society is also a very important lession for everyone as well. Annual sports, well featured library are also part of it

I have not opted for the hostel. But, as it was at least 60 km from my home I had to stay there in few cases. This facility can be improved. The facilities given by the hostel is not up to the mark for the amount they takes from students. And more over it is at least 3 km away from the college which is also a point of concern

Alumni network is not so strong as long as now. But, currently we got some information and invitations which shows they are planning to build it in a good strength and previously a few alumni who were in touch with some faculties were contactable and approachable. But, that was not enough

For Marketing, the college has the best faculty possible. As a marketing major student I can't say about other faculties but in general all faculties can be communicated for any kind of problems and they provide constant mentoring and monitoring for student's upgradation
