Course Curriculum Overview
The college was affiliated to Visvesvaraya technological University, belgaum. And had the syllabus and course according to the Visvesvaraya technological University belgaum norms. Subjects wer good enough but somewhere it felt that some subjects were outdated.
Placement Experience
The campus placements in the college is good enough, but since we passed out of the college during the COVID, we had very limited opportunities. Mechanical companies were least. Most of the student got the software placement.
Fees and Financial Aid
I had got admission by writing an entrance ex which was conducted by state board, called KCET and through the ranking ingot this college. The fees was around 50 thousand per semester through the government exam quota. Also there was comedk quota which was around 1.5Lalh rupees.
Campus Life
We had various clubs during the college, to name a few, there was a media club called KLEIT madhyam group which handled all the media related activities during the college. Also there was a group for cultural activity called Sangeetha vrindha as well
Admission
The admission process was quite simple and was not had any problems. It went smoothly and I got into the govt quota that is through writing the exam conducted by Karnataka state board called KCET. I did not apply for other colleges.
Faculty
The college faculty were most of them having a doctorate degree. All the staff were seniors and the teaching was really good. They had very well knowledge about the stream they were into. Also the staff would take the students out to industrial visit quite often.
Night Life
Usually the college doesn't allow students during the night time and also the college had canteen facility. There was a gym facility too for the hostel students who were in the hostel. For local students the hostel facility was not allowed.
