Likes
- Things we actually liked about this college is it's internals system. They provide students more opportunities to write tests even if they are absent.
- They have lot of involvement in cultural programs.
- Sports is also appreciated very well. There is a sports quota too.
Dislikes
- Not a very great infrastructure. College needs to find better infrastructure
- Lack of placements in the college campus. Not all branches have placements
- Sometimes portions won't be completed because of lack of time.
Course Curriculum Overview
Well presently the course we chose has a lot of scope in the industry or market. Lot of job opportunities are created and it's in demand. So the curriculum follows CS structure even for AIML students. there are a few subjects different from CS but mostly it's the same. Semester exams are tough while it's set in a time where students can reach the exam.
Fees and Financial Aid
Around one lakh eighteen thousand in total without registration. The vtu registration fee is 3.51k and the tution fee of college is 18 thousand. The cet fee is around one lakh. There are a few people who get a special quota called snq quota. It's only for lucky students. Their cet fees is reduced by half.
Campus Life
About the fests, there is an yearly event called kalasourabha which is held just after summer. Library has acces to many books but only study related. Projectors are installed in every class for virtual classroom teaching. Sports is appreciated but not all students play. Sports facility is actually less here. There is a student run club named Rotaract club of rrce.
Admission
There are no exams conducted for getting admitted in this college. You can join here through CET or management seat. I have personally applied to various other colleges but my ranking was low in CET. That made me not eligible for top colleges. There were so many others different colleges which were better. But I was not chosen to be one of them.
Faculty
Coming to the faculty and student rapo, it basically depends on the student on how they behave in the class. Not all faculties are tolerant. Some of the first sem faculties very good. Their approach to subjects was different. Some faculties are very arrogant, it happens sometimes. It's just their nature. There are 3 internals per semester. Internals are quite easy and you can score well.
Night Life
Well I am not a hosteler to provide insights about night life and stuff. But there are gyms near by. I doubt there are places for hangouts and stuff. Basically the college is not in the center of the city. It's almost at the edge of Bengaluru
