Spmr college: a brief review

I liked bba because I've an inclination towards business and I want to start my own. The curriculum is not very deep but is enough for you to be prepared for real life and helps you to get job. They mainly make you learn management accounting, stats, operations, crm, etc Curriculum can be more practical in nature rather than theoretical. You will be having your mid sem after 1 month of college and will be having end sem after 4 months of semester. Exams are not that difficult but the marking might be.

I did my internship from gga under income tax and it was the best experience of my life. I learnt itr filing and auditing You just have to complete the internship then finally have to prepare an internship report and after that you have to make a presentation and finally you'll be having a viva on that subject it's all cool.

The fees for this college is nominal, not that high. Yearly fee for BBA program ranges between 16000-17000. This includes all tuition fee, admission fee and other things. (Excluding hostels and mess) There's equal fee for all categories,however, there are certain scholarship programs for sc/st and other categories and waiver of fee. There's also a special scholarship called pmsss that provides 12k annually to all category students on their merit.

There're various cultural activities and events that we've conducted and participated in. We regularly organise various cultural activities and we've there paint competition, debates, etc. It comes under cluster university Talking about sports and extracurricular activities, there's inter college competition held in our college even for girls like cricket, football kho kho, kabaddi and many more. We've here a management club that organises fests, fresher's and farewell parties and also other things. We also manage stuff like budgeting, planning,etc.

I joined this college because Its close to my home and also b- school. I wanted to go to srcc but my health and Delhi's pollution didn't allow me. But overall this college is not that bad you'll be having a great campus life and will achieve success. Admission process is simple but you've to clear cuet with flying nos. Cuet is the must and also increasing competition makes it difficult to get admission there.

Faculty to students ratio is a concern. They're very less in no. Being a govt. College students face lack of staff in certain courses. But if we talk about relationship, it's quite good. Teachers are very friendly and approachable. They always listen to the students I personally like management faculty. They're supportive and also took initiative to conduct a management club and encourage us to do better in life and communication skills. I didn't find any teacher who's not approachable in this college. No ego is there. Talking about exams, they conduct 2 major exams First mid sem exams probably 20 marks depending upon the subject code and credits availed to it Lastly major examination mainly of 80 marks also depending on the credits. Failing ratio is very less if you study well According to my personal experience students fail less in theory exams as they do in practical exams. So be prepared for practicals

There's no gym in the college but there are some gyms proximity to the college like psycho gym. There's a separate Library deptt. And it's very cool and there's everything in the library for reading. There are hostels in this college Campus timing is from 8 am to 5 pm Hostel timings everyone has to come inside till 8pm There's a palm Island mall near to the college and we go there and watch movies and do shopping and all that it's fun.
