Course Curriculum Overview

2

Honestly I had no option than to choose this college, this might be my biggest mistake. But the curriculum is not supportive at all, everyone just runs home after the lectures. The curriculum doesn't actually prepare you for the real world, they just want you to pass the exam with good grades and expects you to study and do nothing. Even if you have to attend your college club meetings or join a event they will not allow you to. Teachers should let students explore the courses and the real world rather than strapping them. Frequency of exam would be like one exam in 2-3 months and then after 2 months semester would be there

Internships Opportunities

2

The internship opportunities in the college is only offered to the bright students and are selected by the faculty and many of them just don't get a chance in to it. An event was organised from AWS but only limited people got a chance to attend it as it wasn't published anywhere in the college and few students got their and were selected by faculties

Placement Experience

2

Student ae eligible for placement after 8th semester Average package is of 6lpa and the highest was 15 lpa Percentage would be 5-10% Companies are usually infosys , tcsand the giant were amazon and microsoft

Fees and Financial Aid

Year Wise fees is 230000rs In the first year they have taken 10000rs as a caution fee so it was 240000rs in the first year, tuition fees is already included and the registration fee was 1000rs. There is no development or lab fee also everyone has same fee structure no matter what category you belong to.

Campus Life

3

Overall experience was not that good as there is no campus for us to even have a walk as there are 600 students in each year divided in different sections. Social aspects to talk about is only event that happens in January for 6 days and it's pretty dry as they don't want chaos due to high intake in the college For sports they organize it very frequently and recently they were going to cancel it but looking at students raging over it they kept it There are 9-10 clubs in the college which are good to get in to from technical to social there are different groups

Admission

I chose this college as I wanted a CS branch and it was the only college who would offer it as seen my grades. I have applied for many colleges but I was pretty late for the admission process. There are many things that are to be said as the college culture : there is no talking between students about the ideas as to be compared to colleges like symbiosis and mit the students they are having a great time in terms education and student culture as well. The admission process is a exam or interview

Faculty

2

The faculty is really weird as they don't try to educate you for the outside world but for the exams, if you have an idea and propose it to them then they will just scrap it and say just focus on the exam

Night Life

3

Nightlife around our college isn't really good as there are 4-5 College in this locality so there is surely a lot of chaos on the street as well like it's infested with students. There are lot of mess halls in this area. Gym area isn't there and there are 3 cafeteria in the college with very limited seats. In terms of famous people it's count to 0 mostly it's ted talks and no one's generally interested in those the hall it's conducted in is only filled like 1/4 which is very low considering the population of the college.

Students are eligible to apply for placement is after 2 year or at 5th semester. And companies that have visited are Morgan Stanley, TCS, JP Morgan, etc. and many others. Basic package is about 7 lacs per annum which I consider as okay for freshers. And the student which got highest is 26 lac per annum as he was one of the brightest student of the college. I think 50 to 60 percent students get placed more or less maximum are low package students. My plans are different than doing job so not applied at any of the job.
