Course Curriculum Overview

3

I am from commerce and mostly we do we bcom only I did not want to do BBA there are various courses in Bcom particularly also but I choose the most general course so if I have to do anything else beside my graduation I can do it easily and so I can explore myself and college also the fees was pretty of affordable that's why I choose become honours I suggest the teachers to focus more on the concepts and not making us Rote learn the practical subjects which does happen sometimes

Internships Opportunities

2

I guess there is a compulsory Summer Internship in Christ for everyone which I think is really good and they have tyre with various companies and courses I have not got on any internship yet so i cannot answer this properly.

Placement Experience

3

From what I have heard from my seniors there are campus placements but they are pretty less for example if there are 96 students In a class only 11 or 15 of them get placed also placements are still going on so I'm not very sure

Fees and Financial Aid

The year wise fees I paid for my course is 110000 which is 105000 is the tuition fees and rest 5000 I guess was the admission fees I do not know the bifurcation of other fees and the fees i guess is same for all my batchmates. There are alot of scholarship and financial aids available for students at the time of admission also and during college also if you score good you get incentive.

Campus Life

1

It's very rigourous its very difficult sometimes it gets very hard on your mental health and I am involved in a lot of clubs and even in my department but it gets hard sometimes because sometime you find people who are not very friendly and approachable the infrastructure again is very nice the library is very nice and there are a lot of clubs and cells to join a wide wide variety

Admission

I did apply to Delhi University and I was waiting for its results but I took the admission in case of backup I mess up my cuet score that's why I could not get into Delhi University I just took admission in Christ for a backup but yeah I did not get a good college in DU so I had to stay here

Faculty

4

Faculty to student ratio is very nice in my department particularly we have a lot of teachers and the faculty student relationship is very nice all the faculties are very approachable you can go to the cabin for any help you need at any time and they won't hesitate to help you I cannot particularly name the faculties I liked and disliked but I would say some of them are not expertised in the subject the teach so it gets difficult for understanding that and we have research Scholars teaching us they are very nice the understand us alot and we have student Counselor as well you can go to her anytime for any personal or education concerns you have so there are basically two exams in one semester and in the between we are given two assignments which are called continuous internal assessment the CIA are of 20 marks the midsm 50 and some 100. the cias are very difficult and unique Assignments though it's gets alot of deadlines.

Night Life

3

To be honest what is is only in the college I have not heard good review about the hostel as well campus and timings I guess they start at 5:00 a.m. and till 10:30 or 11 something you can go and there are Hangout spots outside the lot of cafes and street food stalls you can just sit and chill stuff like that no I don't think the locality around is safe to Roam at night to my friends do roam at night but personally i don't think it's that safe it's a very local ghaziabad area

Course Curriculum Overview:

I had listened a lot about this college which is not in the favour of college but when i got the admission everything here is different even better than whatever i heard. The frequency of the exams is 5 . On the first day of orientation there was a CA who was the chief guest who gave a real speech about the real world.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This college is very famous for its discipline , course pattern, their teachers. Their course give us proper theoretical knowledge about the subject and they also provide other certification that help us in making our resume strong. Their curriculum lacks industry visits and specialisations in specific fields. Their exam timing are in 2 shifts of morning and evening and exam happen 2 times in a year

Placement Experience:

Mostly students do masters and other course like ca cs after bachelors. In final years the students become eligible for campus placement. Companies that visited for placement are HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank ,Wipro, LIC ,SBI . The average package is around 3 to 5 lakh per annum . Highest highest package offered to faculty of Commerce student is around 40 lakh per annum by Aditya Birla and federal Bank. Around 20% students get placed each year with average starting package of around 3 to 5 lakh. I have planned for masters after the degree

Course Curriculum Overview:

I love accounts that's why I chose Bachelor of commerce and the faculty was also very good. Almost all the teachers had done PHD. This course made me very well prepared for the real world. They had this internship program in the final year of the course which helped students so much. The exams were conducted semester wise. The exam were very simple like if you study well then you can pass the exam easily but if you not then there's nothing one can do.

The management is fine however the committee elections are happening on a periodic basic. Also there is good understanding between the management and the academic counsil of the college. I didn't remember any such mess between managing committee and academic / support staff.
