The Real Review of SOU

The good thing about college is it gives variety of couses options in college, almost very field and couse is available in college and some of them are actually good such as mechanical engineering department.

There are almsot no paid internships availabe , the last semister of btech almost 6 months we have to do internships but they are given in furthest places and almost 30 40 percent of students get jobs in those comapnies

My per semester fees is 39000 and there are 8 sem in total. mischellanous expense is about 7k a year and my scholarship covers the base 39000 each semister. Also you have to buy everything from college from project files, paper, index, xeroxed books, chart paper, etc which have college comissions so they each so much fron students.

The overall experience is kinda bad as most of the students are spoiled brats and almost 50% do not atttend college on regular basis as so much as that they have less than 5% attendence and mostly their assignments are submitted by friends and also the importance of club is not significant in college and not many events happen in college unlike other colleges

I chose this college because i wanted a couse with spelization only available only in few colleges in my state and silver oak was one of them which i got in forst round of acpc college selection site. There was no exam for admission like parul and they accept almost every student having low grades

I am in first semister our teachers are not professionals rather but sone newly graduated people who have less experience and mostly we have to mostly rely on yt videos for explanation. There are 3 exams in one sem. Two mid sem and one end sem also there are viva, assignments and praticals so it feels like you are giving exams all year which is very hectic tbh

After 6 pm the college is shut , I personally live in pg outside college so i dont know about inside at night but the surrounding is mostly plain land for parkings which do not have lights at night and surrounding shops are also closed after 6 pm so the area is almost dead
