Life at MITS

I had chosen electronics engineering as a carrer due to increase in future opportunities in this stream. It contains new a good balance of academic and practical application of knowledge. Those areas was quite good but it seems that the college force much to focus on academics portion rather than its practical application. The frequency and timing of exams along with my perspective on their difficulty level was not sufficient to me to solve the problems on time

The fee structure of my college was divided into four parts :- For 1st year - 1,67,000/- Rupees For 2nd year - 1,25,000/- Rupees For 3rd year - 1,26,000/- Rupees For 4th year - 1,24,000/- Rupees Total - 5,42,000/- Rupees from this year. Their are number of Events held in this college as I said before. The most famous fest of this college was Tulsi Mahotsav There is the vast range of books available in the library. Some class ros have digital boards and airconditioners as other have regular white board along with a project There are 175 clubs,communities and student chapters in the college

The Madhav Institute of technology and science was one of the top engineering colleges in Madhya Pradesh This is the reason to choose this college and due to this I didn't apply for any other college

As the faculty and teacher ratio was good as there is a teacher on every 15 students The behaviour of faculty with the students was very impressive. As the faculty members was very nice so, I like all of them and all facilities are best in their field of interests. I don't have much idea about exams as I am a first year student but the mid- sem exam pattern was quite tough due to lack of time

There is a group discussion class per week officially where all students gathered and discuss on a topic. The admission doesn't requires any preparation of councelling rounds it was just depends on the jee mains score

The college has a large open gym, a large library along with the library's computer lab and sitting area, the canteen and cafeteria of the college contains a large area. As I am a day scholar so I don't have the adequate knowledge about the hostel life
