You should opt for brick compared to other colleges in Maharashtra

As our every faculty is an architect some of them are even practicing but they don't share any practical knowledge or experience i mean they do but not exactly what they should afterall being an architect they should be doing • each semester you have 2 written exams which are easy to clear.

As such i dont have much knowledge about internship offered by the college but in our 5th year which is also you 9th semester you have 90 days for internship and after that your college starts its like 9th semester is your internship period and 10th semester is you final thesis for which you have to attend college

•The fees for 2023 term was ?1,51,000 including everything like tution fess, council fund, development fees, exam fees etc. Then gradually it'll decrease by minimum 10000 every year for remaining 4 years •For management quota you have to pay extra ?1,00,000 to secure admission and management quota sutdents have to go through an interview conducted by the director of the college Dr. pooja misal mam. • For sc and st or vjnt fees structure is aprox ?20,000 including everything and for obc its around ?70,000 •college gives the benefits of scholarship, they select 5 student every year for which they have go through a process and then interview and then they get selected and they get various amounts of scholarship and also provides many other government scholarships which you have to apply for on you're own. Good thing is that they have specially appointed a guy who only looks into scholarships. Scholarship amount varies anywhere between ?50,000 to ?1,50,000.

So first the biggest event of our college is called enthuva which is held mostly in January so it's the biggest event of brick which includes workshops, sports tournaments, fashion shows, exhibitions, creative activities, dance, dj night, small concerts And we have 4 houses dragons, falcons, Phoenix, Whic compets wich each other in this whole event like sports tournament between these houses fashion shows art installation this event is hosted for almost 7 days and in the end which ever house has the most points will win the enthuva house of the year trophy. And many other events happens frequently between every 2 months Recently we had janmaashtami, garba night, ganpati visarjan, teachers day, freshers, convocation etc, etc. There are many clubs at brick like dance, singing, drama, Trekking, The library is also easily accessible and has lots of good books related to architecture.

Everything!! You get each and every facilities in hostel Food quality is alao good it's juat that every meal tastes the same but quality is good no doubt and other than that there are many other tiffin service available near college Registration is easy just jo to the hostel and register youself thats it. There are many townships near brick college and easy to get flats. Everything available at your footsteps college is located in the outskirts of pune but doesn't feel like it the area is very happening and lively good people its like a small community with lovely people around

While filling the preference list while counseling brick was my first preference and after doing a lot research i decided that i wanted to take admission in brick because what i think is that brick has the best curriculum in Maharashtra compared to other top colleges like rachana, jj, Ls raheja, after applying for brick in first round i got brick in first round Exam accepted for our course is jee paper 2 and nata Cutoff of brick in 2023 was 141 something And cutoff for year 2024 was really high it went 161 closing this year. Overall admission process of brick is seamless like everything will happen in max 1 hour and then you have to pay the fees and done Overall bricks experience is really good about everything but again i have interest in architecture as it is my passion so i enjoy it here in brick

Faculties are approachable, if you have created a good image in front of them then they'll treat you good but if not then they may target you on some point like but not each and every facultie is like that. Best faculties in 1year b. Arch was kanchan mam, guru sir, iravati mam, bhavana mam, mayuk sir. And in 2nd year raj sir, vinita mam, prajakta mam suraj sir, guru sir. The good thing about studying architecture is that there are only 2 written exams in first year and 3 in second year and they are very easy to clear.
