What Students Say

Likes

The infrastructure of 1st year building ,and the college environment and canteen
We have two canteen ,one veg based and nonveg based,we also get variety of recipes
I also like the lab ,we all get enough system to practice our programs

Dislikes

After 1st year they moved us to another building in the same campus ,
We don't have much cafes near the college
It's far from the town,mangalore ,which make it out of city ,it's 13 to 14 km away from mangalore

Course Curriculum Overview

I always wanted to pursue a degree in computer science and my interest leaned towards computer science engineering, I was searching for engineering college in Mangalore during my cet allotments,and applied for this college as my 4th priority

Class Size: 77Course Fees: INR 135000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The CET fee was 1,04,000 and college fees was 20,000 in the 1st year ,for second year we are supposed to pay the entire fee to the college it was 1,36,000,which has been increased ,as for the scholorship if you're through CET you can apply for arivu loan ,and SSP scholorship is also available.

Campus Life

There are 4 clubs but I didn't get to see their roles ,if there are functions and festivals they give chance to the students to participate in many cultural activities,like dancing,, singing and fm is also given

Admission

Compared to other college this college is very good,I've heard from my other friends studying in other engineering colleges that their college is so strict ,that makes me think that is was the best choice

Faculty

We were tlod that we were short of faculties and some lecturers are freshers , they do teach good,and some have good knowledge about their subjects,it's on students to take it,but the faculties are not very friendly, depend on the individual.

A little insider information of my college

Course Curriculum Overview:

Programming and courses that are useful in future jobs made me choose this course. Areas that need to be worked are only some outdated syllabus, topics and smartboards need to be installed. Exams are given right on time making us easier to tackle syllabus.

My time at KSEEM : A review of the experience

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would give complete 100 marks for my course. As the artificial intelligence is trending and most used now, the scope for my course has been increased rapidly. This was one of the reason why I opted for this course. We will be given three internal exams in one semester and two internal lab exams in one semester. We are continously involved in workshops ans seminars to gain knowledge on real world applications along with our academics.

good place for personality development

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements around 3rd year end. I have not attended any placements as so far and the name of companies which I got to know from others they have attended were capgemini and a The highest package of herders 8LPA and the The average package would be around 5 lpa. Students who are willing to get a job in that category arounf 5% to 8% students approximately. Im not sitting for placements and my plans after degree are still unclear and I'm still figuring out.

Placement Experience:

Usually in our college placements starts from 7th semester of four year curriculum. I heard most of CSE people got placed with average salary of 4 Lakhs per annum and highest of twenty lakh per annum through some cometition.
