Likes
- Campus area and infrastructure are very good. The labs are well equipped and can be used at any time as per needs. Canteen and food are decent. Placements are not upto the expectations, not very focused and opportunities were not the same as promised
- Some of the faculties were very good and some were decent. Most of the good teachers are no longer teaching here.
Dislikes
- Environment is not extra curricular. Student clubs are not very active.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is quite decent. It offers you to choose your track based on your interest and scores. You can choose between Data Science, AI nd cybersecurity tracks. Each track is based on practical learnings and unique projects.
Internships Opportunities
College did not offered any internship opportunities however doing an industrial and research internship is compulsory for everyone after each year completion. Students can work on different projects with help of professors and other teaching assistants.
Fees and Financial Aid
During my batch the fee was total of 800,000 Rs ie. 200,000 Rs per year. Now it has increased to somewhat 230,000 per year. There are no scholarships and fee waivers with categories. The fee can be paid in installments though but they don't give more than 15-20 days after the start of a semester.
Campus Life
Overall Campus life was good. Infrastructure facilities are good and students can spend their time in empty classrooms or library or canteen. Clubs are not very active but festivals are what students can participate in. Sports competitions are also arranged between different stream Students.
Admission
This college offered a dynamic curriculum and more into practical learnings which was a reason I choose this college over other colleges. Also it offered specialisation track from 3rd year of the course where students can choose their tracks.
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is quite low. Not much high level faculties are available. Most of the student concerns are carried out by teaching assistants and PhD students. Exams are not very difficult and based on both theory and practical.
