Review of college and hostel

There should be more of practical work than the theory more lab lectures should be included so that the students can learn more. However the college works according to protocols so its ok. Other than that everything is ok

The internship is provided to all students almost there is a good range of internship for students in different hospitals which is a good Oppurtunity to the students of the college The stipend is the basic average pay of the nurse which vary according to each hospitals

You get the placements after completing the last year only. The college provide placement in hospital like DMC LUDHIYANA, fortis hospital, etc They are provided about 60000 per annum Most of the students do get placements After degree u can do it

The fee of college is about 97000 per year For every student. Which include all the tuition fee, clinical fee, lab fees, clinical fees. The registration form is about 1800 but you have to submit around 5000? beforehand if u dont the admission then the fee is refundable. If you are a SC students you can apply for scholorship but the fees of the college is submitted in advance. Thus the college have no link with it. There are some scholarships Availble for the merit list students You need to crack an entrance test called PPMET to take admission in class And to apply for caste scholorship you need to be admitted by gvt quota not management quota. Otherwise the concession are provided according to the students criteria

There are number of activities for each festival like diwali, holi, lohri, nurses day Other than that there are fresher party, farewell, cultural programmes, trips, visits, sports day and many more provided for students

The facilities of hostel is good. The menu is ok the hygiene is maintained but sometimes all the meals taste same to students there are evening snacks provided somedays there are sweet dish too. The management is good. The only thing here to suffer is the summer, in winter the hostel do provide hpt water .

First i applied to mara gujri institutes of nursing i got in but i refused to take admission there because of the campus area and the lack of clinical exposure to students there in comparison to that it was better in both theory and practical base for the students To take admission u can either reserve a seat from management quota or apply during counselling after giving the PPMET exam. However exam is conpulsory in both. It is a private college so you can get in easily if you do well in your exam

There is a semester system so you have to give exams twice a year and which is affiliated to baba farid University other that there are MSTs which are taken once or twice before University exams. The exams are according to the level of University exams The marking is a little tough and syllabus us vast thus make it a little difficult.
