Really informative and precise

The exposure that CEG provides is really good. I want to say the upcoming juniors to make good use of the opportunity and make the most of it. Everything about CEG is positive, it is about how well we make use of the opportunity. I am pretty sure that everyone will have a positive idea about CEG. I wish I could relive my college days.

The course structure is appropriate and to the basics. Could have included some latest technologies to be included. The final semester exam is for 100 which will is considered to have 50% weightage and the remaining 50% is through 3 tests each written for 25 marks of which best 2 out of three are chosen for the 50. The final grades are alloted based on the score wrt 100.

The placements are really good and they do provide opportunities for interns. The intern pool comes from some big companies and also some startups also. The exposure is really good. And some will apply for research positions too.

The college will have symposiums, tech fest, cultural festival everything. The tech fest Kurukshetra is recognised by UNESCO. The individual departments organise both intra and inter fest wrt the departments.

Very Feasible and Cheap. There are a lot of scholarship where students can avail to reduce their fees even more. Also there is no much pressure on the students for paying their fees. If a student is unable to pay his fees. There are clubs within the college which takes the need of the student to pay their fees also.

I did not avail for any scholarship but then I know people who have availed some 5000 each month to deal with their expenses in college. This will be really helpful for people who are from a background of first graduates.

There are a lot of facilities available for the students. Most of the classes gets over by 3 or 4. So after that students can take any sports of their wish to play. The labs are also really good. There is also a big library in the campus. Also nearby our campus the biggest Anna Centenary Library is also located which is really helpful.

No I haven't opted for hostel. But I can comment on it because I have been to the hostel many times. They have built new blocks for students to be accommodated. But then I feel very bad for them because of the amount of mosquitos during nighty time, which bothers their sleep. Most of the rooms in hostel will have mosquito net.

Really helpful. They have a seperate block for the alumni association where they decide on events to be conducted for students. They organised the career guidance programs and other talk programmes which students found it really useful.

Really informative and precise. They are friendly and we can approach them anytime. Classes happen based on the electives that we choose. There are a lot of research work happening where we can participate to work under professors also.
