Likes

Infrastructure of university and places to hangout
Food outlets are amazing and too affordable
They provide lift in hostels for students and mess food is also good

Dislikes

My campus is outside from Chandigarh University and infrastructure of that college is not good
There is no ac in classes and it is far from Chandigarh University
Computers are not properly working network is not good

Course Curriculum Overview

I choosed this course because of coding but now I don't think it's good for me because of bad infrastructure of collag. They need to improve classes and shift to the main university and provide AC to every class and computer should have graphics card and all editing app should be purchased with latest version

Internships Opportunities

Companies are so good and provide best outcomes to the students and companies like amazon, flipkart,infosys, imb india they provide internships and projects to the students like data management internship ux internship and many more

Placement Experience

Placement are good but competition is so high . They provide placement to Bca students with mba students which is not good and that's why i have to apply for off campus placement . Daily so many companies come to associate students with them

Fees and Financial Aid

Yearly its include 2 semesters. One semester cost ?73000 and yearly fees is around ?146000 for BCA. And they also provide scholarship through online test and I received 30%. Alot of students claimed 100% scholarship

Campus Life

Collage life is good there is daily fest and daily celebrities are coming which make collage life good. Library is also so good and infrastructure also .sports is also good and they focus on sports also

Hostel Facilities

Hostel rooms are good but zakir -a is so old so coller is not working in my room and mess food is so good and security of the student is their top priority and wardens are also good lift work proper and infrastructure is so good

Admission

I choose this collage because they advertise about placement and celebrity that comes in their university I applied for upes in dehradun but I didn't get in because i dont have maths in 12 that's why I choose Chandigarh University

Faculty

Faculty of college is so good they help students alot. And every student can reach to them for their problem and they talk in politely and mannered way There are 2 mid term paper of 20 marks before 1 semester and final paper include of 60 marks

Honest review

Placement Experience:

In our college we have the max amount of placement is 45 lakhs which is preety good for the student who got it. For placement they also train us for our communication skills , technical skills, general knowledge skills. They give chance to all the students to give the interview in which the company can interested in us. In the last semesters or last second semesters we can eligible for the placement. The companies visited in our college like MICROSOFT, TCS, AMAZON, GOOGLE, VIPRO, IBM. My plans after getting the degree is that to find the job for in-college placement. In BCA the companies can hier us in 5 lakhs to 10 lakhs package.

Best College in North India

Placement Experience:

I heard a lot about this college as this is the best college in north India for placement, which is true also, but not for mechanical. Only CS and ECE students get placed during campus placement, but wait, it's not that easy as the placement is done along with students of C.G.C Jhanjeri and Chandigarh University. So for every job, there are hundreds of students competing. Placement cells are very friendly and they help a lot during placement time and grooming sessions.

Placement Experience:

1) The students become eligible for placements in their last semester. 2)The companies visited are Microsoft, Tcs and lupin .there are no of offers made by the companies to various students. 3)The highest package is 30lpa and average package is 8lpa and profiles offered are of software engineer, software test engineer, etc. 4)Almost 80 percent of students got placed in every companies. 5)My plan is to do a master degree after my getting the degree.

A journey

Remarks:

Every thing have a good and a bad side in it. Let's take positive first. This university offers a great infrastructure and accommodation facilities. This university can be a heaven for sports lover. There are many clubs where you can show and enhanced your skills. Going through the negative prospective some times food of mess become a threat. And the faculty as I discussed earlier needs to be updated.

A honest review

When I was finalizing my decision, I compared my choosen college with the others on various parameters such as faculty, infrastructure, ratings, reviews, placements and extra curricular activities and co curricular activities and most importantly affordability that is fee structure. I haven't applied to any other colleges other than CU itself. The admission process of my college is eligibility that is you have to pass class 12th for my course bpt. If you opt for masters then you have to present a degree of bachelors for admission. The exam accepted for admission here in cu in cuchd, cuet,etc. if you clear any of these exams with good grades then you can get easy admission here in Chandigarh University. The cut off marks depends on the university itself. But try to score good to get admission here. The overall admission process for me was smooth from starting to the end.
