Likes

Campus infrastructure is very impressive according to me.
Classes are well ventilated. Labs are also good
My teachers are very good according to their behaviour and teaching ability.

Dislikes

In the class there is no ac so in summer we have problem to attend the class
If we detained in any subject the fees is very high
Between Exams there is no any gaps. And the semester is of only 5 months

Course Curriculum Overview

After persuing this course we can do our business of labs. The most important for improvement in this course is to improve the microbiology lab because there is no equipments and agars to perform the diagnosis experiments.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 62500 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Per semester fees of my course is 62500. So the one year fees of this course is 125000. 2500rs examination fees for per semester. We have scholarship test before admission like cucet test by which we get scholarship according to the marks we get in that exam

Campus Life

We have so many events in our campus like cu fest , carnival, tech invent, project exhibition, many others. The library is very amazing ???? all the books available for our courses. The sports event are also held here The sports campus is separate and very impressive.??

Admission

I had applied in Jamia university Delhi and I had cleared their entrance exam but I have low marks in 12th so I can't get admission there. After that I have searched University or colleges then I had found it for me because it is India no 1 private university

Faculty

The faculty and the students relation is very amazing in my department. The relation is not like teacher student but it likes we are friends. We like manbeer sir , tiwari sir, Vamsi sir because of their behaviour and teaching skills.

Chandigarh University: Is it worth the investment?

Placement Experience:

The student become eligible for campus placements from 5th semester. The companies visited per year are approximately 200. They claim 100% placements but in reality they divide students into placement and non- placement batches called tpp and ntpp. If you slip up even once, you will be debarred from the tpp group. The highest package is 53 LPA. The average package is 4.5 LPA. Companies like JP Morgan, TCS, Capgemini, PlaySimple, Cognizant, Nokia, Philips, Morgan Stanley, PWC, KPMG, EPAM, Watchguard, High radius, OYO, Coding Ninjas, Samsung, etc have already came. More companies are yet to come. Since the student intake is too much, placements are really hard to get since there is too much competition. In the end, people get hired in mass recruitment companies and get minimum pay of 3-4 lpa. My plans are apply for off-campus jobs and start working in corporate after the degree. If I don't get a job, I haven't decided what I will do next.

A genuine review of LPU university specially for agriculture students

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to sit in placements after 7th semester , there's interview based skill classes from 1st semester , for agriculture students companies like itc agro , dhanuka , corteva visit for in campus placements . Average package for agri students is 5-6 lakhs , nearly 75-80% students get placement offers . I'm planning to do buisness after my graduation or takeover my family buisness .

Placement Experience:

At LPU, students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester. Big companies like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Apple, TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, Accenture and many others visit the campus. In 2025, more than 2,200 companies came and offered 6,000+ jobs. The highest package touched ?3 crore (international) and around ?62 LPA (domestic). For CSE, the average is around ?7–8 LPA, and the top 25% students bag an average of ?10 LPA+. MBA students had up to 95% placements, with the highest at ?29 LPA and average around ?8 LPA. Most students get placed if they are consistent. My plan after degree is to grab a good placement, keep building my skills in tech, and later explore higher studies or startups depending on where life takes me.

Placements are good but I am more looking towards offcampus placements. I will do internships from my second year and in first year I'll make the base. I contacted to some of the seniors they said doing hardwork will definitely lead to a good package.

Placement Experience:

After 4 semester students are eligible for sitting in placements. There are alot of company visiting and alot of them take 2-3 with really good package and some handful with good enough packages of nearly10 lpa and the highest package was i think of in last month was of around 60 lpa . My plans after getting a degree is too work my way through companies to a FAANG Companies

I didn't apply to any other college. I chose it because it was close to my home. The admission process to give CUCAT exam for which the fees is 1000 rupees. The passing marks are 40 out of 100.
