Course Curriculum Overview
Master of social work is a suggestion given by my brother. So I just joined with nothing knowing about it. In orientation class our class mentor Taniya mam told us that you didn't choose the social work it choosed you. After getting into classes , observation visits , rural camps , skill labs . I was like this is what I want in life for my future I decided. I landed up in the correct course and on the correct institution.
Internships Opportunities
They will give you numbers of opportunities in internships. Field work is also a good opportunity they will throw you in the field we should work on it. Through that we can learn deeply about the social work. Each year end of the semester they will send us for internships on they specifications.
Fees and Financial Aid
Mar Gregorios college as a trained faculties. They teaching levels are highly good . Iam doing my Post graduation in master of social work . I just love this department our faculties are soo friendly and help us in all our needs in studies also in personal. Msw department is maintaining they high standards in teaching professions .
Campus Life
The department runners an association. The Gregorian association of social work through that the students will be appointed as vice President, deputy vice President, secretary, join secretary, treasurer and deputy treasurer by election. The will lead the events for the students.
Admission
I have applied in many colleges but when I entered this college for application. It's like very calm environment and peacefulness . That attracted me . And asked few suggestions about the department of msw from others they told they are doing excellent in teaching, field works and internships
Faculty
The faculty and students relationships are in friendly manner. And easy approachable. Dr.Sudha mam head of the department, she teaches in the unique ways so that the topic will register easily in the mind . Suga Priyanka mam teaches the topics with live examples so that we can easily understand, Taniya mam teaches the topics in excellent ways , nivetha mam teaches the topics more easily understandable.
