Course Curriculum Overview
It's perfect that they provide similar to Anna University syllabus. It covers all the basic subjects in the first year and they start moving towards the core subjects which we will study for the next 3 years.
Internships Opportunities
In civil engineering, you will have a mandatory internship that needs to be done for atleast a month. The faculties will help you get an internship and you'll be given various roles based on the company like site engineer, estimation engineer, billing engineer, research fellow.
Placement Experience
If you develop your skillsets, you can definitely get placed for a good starting package. They'll try their level best to get their students placed for a good package. They also provide career guidance seminars and placement training programme in between their 3rd year classes
Fees and Financial Aid
The course fee will be around 1.5 lakhs per year and shared hostel fee will be around 70000 excluding mess fee which you have to pay monthly. There are many scholarships available for the economically weaker section students and the students studied in government school and also for the department toppers. The caution deposit will be around 8000 including hostel and college.
Campus Life
There are many clubs for music, dance, Tamil, photography, movies etc. you can explore your interests. There'll be many cinema shootings happening around the campus and coming to the sports they support each and every sports and there're many tournaments conducted throughout the year and there'll be no restrictions from the academic side for playing sports.
Hostel Facilities
You'll be provided with a cot and shelf. And there'll be no water or power supply or any other problems. The food taste is mid but the quality will be good. You'll be allotted different hostels for every year.
