Likes
- The aspect of college that I appreciated was the availability of everything such as food, sports and extra curricular activities. The aspect I felt needed improvement was the attendance policy or the class sizes.
- My engagement with campus life hasn’t been much but from what I can tell or have interacted with the people have been welcoming and nice.
- The faculty has also been great. There is a even ratio of girls to boys in our college.
Dislikes
- The early morning classes or the lack of holidays
- The class sizes as there was a lot of disturbance in the class cause of the size of students
- The lack of maybe communication between the faculty and students
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum in terms of relevance I would say is good as the course which I am pursuing is linked with all that I had studied in my class 11 and 12. So it was very easy for me to understand the concepts
Placement Experience
I am not really sure about the campus placement as of right now as this is only my first semester in this college.My plans after getting the degree is to purse a masters course abroad. Hopefully I will be able to purse it
Fees and Financial Aid
The year wise fee which I will be paying is roughly around 7,50,000 rupees including all hostel fees.I am not sure about the other fees structure of different courses. There is financial aid available for people who need it
Campus Life
Their one annual fest which happens in Jindal every year that is Biswamil. It is a 3 day event. Thier are many sports and extra circular activities offered in my college. The classrooms are also very well mainted and kept. We have 4 academic blocks
Hostel Facilities
The hostel faculty is good as we have our own rooms and bathrooms which we have to share with 2 other people. The meal quality and menu is also good as we have a mess and many dinning options apart from the mess
Admission
I applied to this college because of the ease in transportation for me from my home. Also a few of my family members graduated from this college. The admission process of my college was that we just had to write an entrance exam and give a interview after the exam. Yes I had got rejected from one college which was Ashoka. I don't think I made it because of my lack of extra curricular activities.
Faculty
The faculty so far has been great and very understanding. Our exam structure so far in the first semester has been free.We had 5 courses out of which only one had a midterm while the rest had end terms.
