Course Curriculum Overview

4

BCA from invertis University has a lot of scope in the real world. They provide placements and internships in top class companies. The course is relevant and the quality of content is at par with any other top institution. The exams are of decent difficulty and shouldn't be a problem if you studied from the content provided in class

Internships Opportunities

3

The internship program provides real opportunities to students to increase their skill level and portfolio. We get internship opportunities from companies like Infosys, Wipro, Times of India etc. which provides paid and unpaid internships both. The roles depend on your course and what you excel in.

Placement Experience

3

There are plenty of placement opportunities. Students become eligible for placement in the final year. They can do internships from the first year itself if they qualify for it. Around 30% students get confirmed placements every year. Apart from college placements there are plenty options for BCA students apart from pursuing further education.

Fees and Financial Aid

Annual fees for BCA is 50,000 and 10,000 additional. There is compensation on tuition fees (which is 30,000) on the basis of your class 12th percentage. I got a 35% discount. At the time of admission the minimum deposit is 10,000 cost of uniform and stationary is 5600. They provide paid internship on the basis of your skill level. They also provide hostel and transport facilities. The cost of bus is 11,000 per year. You can also avail scholarships depending on your marks and skills. The examination fees is 5000 annually.

Campus Life

4

The college has a very radiant campus life, from guests to fests and much more. The annual fest called invertia, hosts celebrities and students can also showcase their talent, it's held usually in the month of December. There are clubs for singing, sports, etc. which organize events regularly.

Admission

I applied for Bareilly College and khandelwal institute of management. I couldn't get a admission there because of my subjects in class 12th. The infrastructure and quality of education is better than other colleges I've applied to. For admission you need to first talk to the admin who will tell you all the necessary details, then you register by paying ?750 and providing necessary details. The next stage is document verification after which you can pay your minimum deposit and fees after which you'll get you student id and class.

Faculty

4

They have a vast and experienced faculty who are all very nice and approachable. Especially the HODs are really nice and always ready to help the students. They are hard working and experts in their respective fields. There are six semesters in BCA which is a three year course. There are internal exam, assignments whose marks are added in the final result. The study material is quite up to date with the current world.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is affiliated with CCS University so it will be the same in all CCS colleges however I feel the syllabus is kind of outdated because in the computer world, everything keeps changing very rapidly so the course should be updated I choose this course because of my interest in the computer software. The faculty is all good but they need to add computer engineers as teachers because teachers have only booking knowledge, not software coding. Teachers are well qualified but they don't have work experience in making software they only know book language and they can only teach it like a story. Exams were timely and it is not difficult to pass I think you just need to study well and take classes regularly.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Computer science was a very big deal back then. It was a growing industry and everyone wanted to take their share of the pie. I opted for BCA considering a bright future ahead. A whole batch of students was managed by just 2 faculty. So yes the faculty-to-student ratio was kind of bad. The faculty were experienced and trained in their respective subjects. Exams were taken once every six months to test students' knowledge, understanding, and clarity of the subjects. The exams were moderately difficult.

Placement Experience:

You will get placement in your last semester but not every student got placement those who are well knowledged and Brillant got the job in a company. They mostly make you placed in TCS, Tech Mahindra. The average package you will get is 2.5 lakh per annum and the highest 3 lakh per annum in a company if you got placed. The percentage for placement should be above 60% to be eligible for placement. Talking about me I didn't get placed in any company because I haven't chosen to job in the IT sector. I plan to do an MBA from a well reputed college.

Placement is like not good not so bad. Every year students is placed but yes percentage is only 60% of success. For BCA after 4 sem and for BCA after 4 sem, students is eligible for Internship and pre placements. Many companies visits our company like wipro,Cadila,Techmahindra, tcs etc. highest package is not so high but yes average package is 5-6 lacs/annum. Now I am doing internships as well as prepare for Off-campus. But yes you are a hard worker then you definitely get you job.
