Course Curriculum Overview
I loved physics and aerospace thereby I ended up choosing aerospace Another thing is we only have maths for the first two years in our college They could improve the faculty quality But they do give us several seminars workshops etc to improve our experience and knowledge for the real world
Placement Experience
Students can apply for placements from 3rd year We have indigo Boeing mainly Highest would be 10 lakh lowest would be 1lakh Very few students get placed as most prefer masters and don't sit for placements I'll also be going for masters
Fees and Financial Aid
I'll be paying 3.5 lakhs per year No other fee is included except the fact that you have to pay for your records every year and you could write the Hitsee for a deduction in fee or your 12th grade marks would be enough For people wrote the test they pay around 1.5-2.5 lakhs The only scholarship provided is hitsee
Campus Life
We have only one fest Then we celebrate Onam ugadi and pongal that's about it We have plenty of clubs for sports literature astrophysics drones etc Most classes are equipped with projectors The aerospace classes have smart boards as well
Hostel Facilities
Facilities in the room is nice We get AC attached bathrooms it's up to you to decide if you want a room with a single roomate or more You can choose if you want ac and attached bathroom and all it's up to you If you find hostels too expensive you could opt for PG or an apartment there's plenty nearby The hostel food is okay okay
Admission
I chose this college over the others because it has the best facilities for aerospace engineering all over India I didn't get rejected from any college I applied to The admission process is simple An entrance exam then counseling
Faculty
Faculties are friendly they just don't speak English Some faculties prefer only the Tamils The students are also locals Diversity is less We have two internals in a sem and then semester exams They keep retests or give assignments in case you mess those up
Other Applied Colleges
