Strictness. Language of shopkeepers Unlike other NITs like NIT Surat or NIT Warangal, we are far away from centers of demand. Recruiters have to spend 2–3 days(1–1.5 days in travel) to hire talent from our campus. This puts NIT Trichy off the recruitment radar for some companies (although the placement department makes a lot of effort to take students to company offices if they don’t come here to campus). The next disadvantage that comes to mind - Pursuit of a good dinner (Happyness).

Our course curriculum is flexible which started from my year.it provides flexibility to both teachers and students. We can adjust our test exams at our convenience and classes to.we can have extra time for games.

Here almost 300 companies comes every year.placement is 100% this year also compared to last year.college is ranked 7th by mhrd in all aspects.every top management software hardware psus comes here to recruit students.

Feasible bcoz after our batch fee is based on family income so fee is very less compared to knowledgeable equipments available here. Institute Fees 39.35k per sem Hostel Fees 24.7k per sem Total per year =1.281 lacs per annum

Hostel infrastructure is older but good enough. Rates are increasing now a years. It really depends on what you are used to - if you expect gourmet meals or the familiarity of home cooked food, like most of the people who join here, you will be disappointed. Keep in mind, you pay only about ? 80 per day for an unlimited amount of food and the effect that will have on the quality. Ya obviously helpful for placements.The institute has among its alumni, some of the most distinguished names of this country.The institute's graduates have left a blazing trail wherever they went.These are the people who served their alma mater well while they were here and continue to do so to this day. We have a very powerful, vibrant alumni network.They provide crucial support to the institute as it seeks to make a global mark. RECAL is the official alumni group of NIT TRICHY. The name is a throwback to our REC past.

After completing 12th I joined coaching in sikar rajasthan. Then after 1 year preparation I applied for jee mains and cleared it to get admission in nit trichy.i cleared jee advance also but due to low rank I was not getting good branch in iits.

Faculty is very sincere, hard working.almost all have done PhD.they are strict although they understand the feelings of students. Come on time if u want your attendance and they are very strict to 75% attendance plan.
