Course Curriculum Overview

2

The reason i choose this course is to be the person who helps the people to seek justice and wants to learn the legal laws of india because india is the largest democratic country in the world. The teacher also timely complete the syllabus and one month before the exams revision classes held in the college This course comes with 10 semesters which have 5 subjects each The duration of exam is 3 hrs which is enough

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fee for the course of ballb is 55000 and there is no scholarships provided by the college There is no ups and down in the fee But in first year you get discount about rs. 5000 off The college not provide reservation for sc /st people The college doesn't provide any discounts for the backward class people the fee structure is same for everyone

Campus Life

2

The college established in 1995 and the benches are not good or i can say they are not comfortable to sit to study There no ac classes for the students for any course The library also does not have ac The cctv does not work in the campus There is no social networking provided by the college

Admission

the main reason is that i also applied for the clat in delhi but failed to present on that day because of my health condition and then i got to know about this college where i don't need the Any kind of entrance exam and It is easy To get admission

Faculty

3

Firstly college campus is not to big and in whole campus you only get benches in class not even in the canteen . Faculty is good at teaching the students does not maintain the decorum of the premises Faculty listens the problems of students but always take long time to solve it Ratio of boys are more than the girls in the college boys are about 60% on the other hand girls 40% The exams are moderate but the ccs university does not read the genuine answers they give the marks on the basis of pages filled by the student As result many students fails to clear exams

Course Curriculum Overview:

There has lot of visits like court visit, parliament visit, etc The curriculum provides a basic foundation of theoretical knowledge that is useful for understanding core concepts and for pursuing further academic studies, such as higher education or competitive examinations. It helps develop analytical thinking and subject awareness. There is significant scope for improvement in the course curriculum and teaching methods. The syllabus should be updated regularly to include recent developments, practical modules, project-based learning, internships, workshops, and skill-enhancement courses.Examinations are conducted frequently in the form of internal assessments, mid-semester exams, and end-semester exams, which sometimes creates academic pressure for students. The timing of exams is often closely packed, leaving limited time for proper preparation and revision. In terms of difficulty, the exams are generally of moderate level, though some subjects are challenging due to lengthy syllabi and conceptual depth.

Corporate Law is a subjects but no corporate placements as law firms were the sole contributors of our university. They gave as many placements as 30% students were placed and that too with very thin packages. So, university needs to fix this just like they have fixed every single thing at the campus.

Placement Experience:

Placements for Law are not comparable to the tech courses so far at GLA. Every year combining BBA LLB and BA LLB around 300 and I don't think even 100 are placed. So, GLA University will have to find a way to get atleast half the students find placements here and because I know my chances of getting placements are slim, I will be opting for doing LLM after I am done with LLB in 2027.

The college provide students with PDF lectures which focuses on personality development which includes confidence building, speaking and listening skills, etc. They also give tips for a better resume and how to give interview and prepare us for interviews by organising mock interviews. 5th year students are the focused students for the campus placement. Some students choose to be an advocate and others may prepare for higher studies and or prepare for judiciary and other civil services examinations. I personal preference to go for the one field which can open my ways for other field stoo.

Yes they do provide campus placement last year only almost 70 students were offered jobs in campus placement. But in our case most of the students have their own plans like the majority of them are generational lawyers so either they'll join their firms or they have very good contacts so they'll get places easily but in my case as a first generation lawyer we do get internship or assessment internship in which we get very good chances to get PPO they we don't have to relay on college for campus placement. In my case if i didn't get campus placement then wherever I've done my internship I'll try to convert my internship into a PPO

Students from third year have started getting Pre-Placement Offers, but many of those are majorly due to their own accomplishments. Students get ample amount of time to intern at various law firms and courts, to secure a PPO on their own. In addition to this, the Internship and Placement Committee, often comes in aid to secure PPOs for the students of the graduating batch.
