Course Curriculum Overview

5

I always wanted to do teaching and that's why I took bsc bioscience but banasthali teachers motivated me to become a professor like them. After going to banasthali I wanted to become a professor . And wanted to pursue PHD The course is good and with the subjects they included extra subjects whicv help us to build our resume and skills too. The extra activities in the banasthali also helps the kid to improve their career

Fees and Financial Aid

When I took admission in banasthali vidyapeeth it was before the covid period and during that time including the admission fees and all I paid 1,14,000 as the 1st installment and it included hostel fees too. There was a scolorship test but it was after we took admission and we paid the 1st installment but I don't think they ever thought about the conditions of the people like during covid we even paid the hostel fee of the college and other colleges had nit done so. And they had a criteria even during covid that if we won't pay the fee we won't be able to give the exams

Campus Life

5

The campus life is excellent and their were soo much activities including we can get a license to become a pilot even without studying that course we just need to study physics and we can get manu opportunities including horse riding, music, art and craft and many more sports too. It arranged different fests for different departments according to them. Which is also very nice

Hostel Facilities

5

The hostel facilities are nice but they provided old hostels which are not much cleaner and student neend to bring their own mattress and their own table fan and which I did not liked. The food is the best like their is lot of variety in the food. Less spices and during the fasts they provided food according to that too. They gave milk in free which is not available at every place. They provide fruits

Admission

I applied for manipal and Chandigarh university But i took admission in banasthali because banasthali is a deemed university and it is 2nd university for women's in asia which is a big tag for it. And the other two universities are private. The admission process is very hectice which includes various processes like interviews and all.

Faculty

5

Faculty are very nice they are very friendly and they are very helpful. But the students are not allowed to have an extra friendly relationship with them becaus their were few cases in banasthali in which teachers harassing students that's why they made this policy. Which is a very nice step but it is bad for some too

Interview Experience

5

No just simple interview but the admission process is different for different streams. So it varies . Mine was I needed to fill the form and I was taken to the group of teachers they asked me various questions and they clicked the picture for id card and that's all

Placement Experience:

Students at JNVU or Bangur pg college pali are typically eligible for campus placement from final semester of their undergraduate or postgraduate programs. .official list of companies visited are not provided in detailed but companies in sector like commerce, management, engineering, science, law and arts are likely to recruit from college. .Well I don't know the exact details but yes I can share some that, Highest package - INR 12 LPA Average package - INR 4 LPA Median package - INR 3.5 LPA . Percentage of students getting placement rates are 50% to 70% (not approx) .After getting a b.Sc. degree from GBPGC, i plan to pursue higher education like M.Sc. (master of science) or I want to gain professional experience through interships and jobs.

i have interest in mathematics so i choose mathematics hons there and their curriculum is updated but there is only one industrial visit in three years. currilum is desinged in a such a way that they also taught us some software like r. there are many subjects in all semester so they can reduce subjects per semester for better stress free environment. mid term exam is in mid of the semester and the final exam is in last the difficulty of exams is easy to medium.

Many private firms came to our college and take interview many candidates are Short listed and choose to work with them . This is not a engeneering college so package is not like technical colleges but good amount for a graduate student like 200000 per year.

There's was no particular aspect of curriculum I chose. I didn't want to waste my drop year so I took admission as you are not required to maintain 75% attendance. Exams aren't difficult if you study a bit. I used to study a month before exams and still aced them.
