- The campus is very good. Herbarium is there which is very safe as it is under cctv surveillance and used to walk in the evening as well as in the morning hours. There lots of plants are present as well as different types of flowers are also present.
- Here, the faculties are very good. They are very good at teaching. Their teaching method is very good.
- Principal ma'am is very kind and nice. She always understands the students' situation and try to solve the problem at the earliest.
Course Curriculum Overview
Actually when I was in 10th class, I used to think that I want to help others by serving them but I didn't thought of this course but a sister came to me and said why don't i complete the nursing course then i realised that i should go for this learning and help others and save their lives.
Internships Opportunities
Here, in my respective college, internship opportunities are available for all the BSc students. After completing 3 and half years in this college, BSc students are eligible to do internship for the six months where they only do the clinical duties.
Placement Experience
After completing the course qe can apply for further studies such as Post basic BSc , MSc, etc. The hospital authorities auch as Nursing Superintendent provides the opportunity to work here only after completing the nursing course.
Fees and Financial Aid
My college's name is Holy Family College of Nursing at Okhla Road in South Delhi - 110025. Here, Hospital is also there namely Holy Family Hospital. In my college faculties are very good at teaching and deal gently with every student. So, overall fees for the GNM course are:- For the 1st year, it is - Rs.1,18,750 For the 2nd year, it is - Rs.83,700 And for the last year, it is - Rs.83,700
Campus Life
Here, in my respective college all the festivals are celebrated with full enthusiasm and great happiness. Sports day is also celebrated where all the nursing students as well as the hospital employees get the equal opportunities to participate in every sports.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facility is good. Two dormetries are there where 1st years live when the join the college. After completing 1st year, they are allotted with rooms in which 3 or 4 students live for another 2 years.
Admission
I didn't apply in other colleges. I applied here only as my elders suggested this college because hospital is safe due to cctv surveillance. College campus and hostel are also safe becuase of cctv surveillance.
Faculty
Overall all the faculty members are very nice. All of them try to help each and every student to complete the requirements on time. They help to try all the students in every situations. The faculty members which I liked till today are - Khushboo ma'am, Neetu ma'am,Prachi ma'am, Sr.Jaisy, Sr.Silji, Shivani ma'am, etc.
