The curriculum is notnthat great as a standard of Autonomous they just teaching Plain CSE subject to the Data Science and AIML Branches And the Curriculum was not Good It is not update as per requirement

Form 7th semester the students get eligible for placement Companies like Hexaware, Tech Mahindra, EYGDS, Dassalt , etc and right now only 50 companies visit compus Highest package of 2024 batch was 12 lac and average was 3.5 Highest package of 2023 batch was 64 lac and average package is 5.83 70% of eligible students are placed My plans are doing PG

FEE STRUCTURE FOR FIRST YEAR ENGINEERING 2024-25 OPEN 1,27,345/- OPEN-EBC/OBC/EWS/SEBC 73,432/- SBC/NT/VJ/DT 19,519/- 1,07,826/- SC/ST 3,345/- OPEN-EBC/OBC/EWS/SEBC (Only For Girls) $ 19,519/- TFWS 19519/- The scholarship Freeship will be applicable if students fill the online scholarship form & form is approved by Government of Maharashtra else student need to pay full applicable fee of Rs 1,27,345- S Parents income less than 8 lakh for the year 2023-24

Campus Life

The annual Event called Arpan is there in college other than that nothing was there Library is too good they have all the type of Books there Classroom are totally digital and good There are not that extracurricular activities promoted by college There are Department level clubs are there

Admission

When I am taking admission my first preference was an Autonomous College and also ata that time the Placement of this college is top notch and all over the kolhapur this college is top ata that point of time

The Facility of college is Good for the Branches like Mechanical, Civil, CSE, ENTC, Chemical , but for Data Science and AIML there faculty was not good Talking about the Exam structure They conduct ISE1 of 10 marks MSE of 30 marks ISE2 of 10 marks ESE of 50 marks Total 100

Honest review if you wanna opt for this college

Placement Experience:

From 7th sem students are eligible for placement Companies visited are tcs and few others i don't remember their names The average package is 5 lpa and the highest is 13 lpa Mostly 80-90% of students gets placement as they do a placement training for us amd prepares us for the placement exams and interviews and all My personal plan is to go abroad for higher studies but i am going to sit for placement if i get good package then i might not go to abroad for higher studies

Course Curriculum Overview:

Soo ever since kid i was interested in bikes this interest was all for me to take this course , my father is very bike enthusiast and it came down to me , i could easily take mechanical and other engineering cause these are common courses which involves automobile , but since i wanted to follow my passion , i wanted to do specialization in automobile itself and DPCOE was offering this course with great facilities and knowledge providing us a path in this lane of career in this field. According to me curriculum prepares us quite well as they conduct workshop which are relevant to outside world where we'll be working. If there were more practical workshops for us to work on would be great cause automobile engineering is all about practicals rather than theoroticals Professor should try teaching in physical part rather than taking lectures and explaining the concept by just words

Placement Experience:

Yes there is placement cell of STES which is no different than other tier 3 engineering colleges offering a tier 3 average package depending on who is the recruiter. Students become eligible for campus from 3rd year of their degree. Highest package is something around 55 lakhs offered to a computer engineering student,and average is just like I said for a tier 3 college 5-6 lakhs(above or below). Almost everyone gets placed in the company but some might not.
