Review of PLITMS, Buldana

The management of our institution is very poor. Which is very harmful for students community. But best thing about our institution was helping staff members. And strong bonds between the students friends. Also the environment of City which is very great for learning.

According to my opinion the Course Curriculum is very similar to old techniques & processes which is being followed from several year's. It has to be changed as per future requirements. We should try to modify the education system and try to be more practical instead of focusing on theory and attendance of students.

There's a vigorous & very poor quality of placement offered to students since college was started. They just tried to invite only 1-2 companies every year. Which was nothing. No one's from students has continued there job's in the those companies they hired. About internship's same criteria followed on. If you are a hard working individual then you must try yourself. You can't depend on anyone.

Events was quite similar to other institutions like Dahihandi, Ganesh Festival, Annual Gathering, Technical Event, Guest lecture's, Fresher's party, farewell for or final year students and many others relevant with commonly celebrated in locality.

It was feasible for Rich person. But most of students from our institution was from poor background so it was quite expensive for paying the fees. So due to which many of us also faced huge problems. So according to students point of view fees structure should be adjusted accordingly locality.

There was not a any kind of f scholarship scheme or loan facility from our institution for any of students. I was studying in final year final semester but till haven't heard anything about any kind of such scholarship ever offered by our institution.

Labs structure is very poor. Due to which no practical has taken by faculty members due improper working conditions of instruments. Sports ground is huge but not properly maintained. There was not a sports teacher upto 6 year's. After long time we got the sports teacher.

Initially in our institution there was not a hostel facility for 5-6 year's. But that we got the hostel infrastructure. But that was not very well furnished or having great facilities. It was quite good.

Alumni network is quite good. Those who are in contact always helps to each other for any cause. Which is very great thing for anyone including junior's. Few of students has been placed in good companies SSO always tries to guide others.

It was good staff at our institution but not as good as other institutions. Most of the staff was having just masters. Only few of staff members was having P.hd. which is also a quiet surprising. The management of faculty & non-teaching staff was not properly maanged.
