The KGISL Experience

The presence of key subjects like Machine learning, deep learning etc, plays a big role. Courses that include hands-on labs, projects or internships directly related to AI/ML. Availability of elective subjects also good. The inclusion of more industry-led projects or collaborations would ensure students are solving current challenges.

The placements in the previous years are good but the the plaements are going well because most of the last year students not placed yet. the college invites both technical and non-technical compannies to hier students eventhough there are much students not placed yet.

The year wise academic fees for the engineering courses is 80,000 when i applied and the hostel fee is 66000 but there are many scholarships available like First graduate scholarship, single parent scholarship.The admission fee when I chose this college is 6000 at 2021. Merit scholarship also available , My hostelmates doesn't have hostel fees just because of her high Cut off Marks in Higher secondary. Also Sports quota students also have seperate scholarship in their fee structure.

Clubs are available and the overall experience is good because many functions and events are there to attend . Department symposiums , Industrial visits, fun events etc are good and enjoyable. Library facility is available but it has only academics related books and some story books.

The menu is acceptable for breakfast, dinner , they provide evening snacks too but the lunch will be meals everyday which might be boring but other foods are good. The rules of the hostel is are strict , they only provide 4 hours for outing on sundays and other weekdays you have no rights to go out and if incase emergency you need to get sign from higher staffs which will disappoint us

I chose KGISL because it offers a more technology-focused curriculum , with excelent lab facilities and industry-driven projects, which I found lacking in the other institutions. Typically , college offers courses for students who have completed their 12th with a strong focus in mathematics , physics and chemistry.

The relationship between faculties and the students is much good, Some of the faculties are so much supportive for students though very few isn't that much supportive. The teaching way of faculties are also good , they always use much better PPTs for teaching and explaining the chapters. Marking for the assessments also acceptable and good.
