In electrical engineering there are total 6 subjects in first sem where students learn the basics and develop their communication skills and asked to develop more skills according to their interest. Also students can take part in various extra Caricular activities and can join various clubs to deploved an learn various skills.

You can register yourself for the internship from the college where you want to do internship after that the placement and training cell go through various procedure and if you are eligible then you are alow for the intersgip. Where you can learn about mini or mega projects and develop you skills during you internship which helps you during the time of placement.

After the 4th semester students are eligible for campus placement. Various companies like TATA, godrej and various ITs companies visit during the placements . Aroun 200 companies visit every year. In electrical department the placement is 100%.highest package is 22 lakh and the lowest is 3.5 lakh.

Government college of engineering karad is an Atounoumous Institute where you can see a good placement every year. I have got admission through CSAB NEUT from arunachal quota in this category I paid 28917 rupees for first year. Fees from open category is nearly 85k per year, there are total 6-7 categories for fees the lowest one is 4k only. For admission in this college you have to clear MHT-CET exam or you can get direct second year admission after diploma.

The college host College fest in jan or feb where students wear costumes and various other programs related to arts and crafts. The college has digital library and a reading room. The college is going to start innovation labs, startup lab and a separate library for. The students. The college host General championship for the students who are interested in sports also takes part in inter college or zonals .

A good medium size room is provided where 3 students can easily stay. Along with that they provide separate bed, table, chair and a cupboard. The best thing about the hostel is they provide daily limited Wi-Fi for the students. You can apply for the hostel during the admission process after that the finalist a merit list for hostel alotment.

i choosed this college over other because firtly this is a government college which i can afford and able to pay the fees. Secondly I got electrical branch where the placements Is 100% than other branches. For admission you have to clear MHT-CET exam or if you are eligible for CSAB NEUT also you can get admission. After the seat alotment you have to verify you documents and lastly have to pay fees.

The institute provide a good faculty to students ratio. According to NEP there is total 3 exams Mid sem, End sem and TA(teacher assessment). Teachers helps in their ways. As I didn't understand marathi, I told about it to many teachers and they helped me during the classes. But some of them can't.
