Likes
- Very Good faculties, Good facilities to learn, there was skills lab to access by all students
- Go Green Campus, Good infrastructure, positive environment, Fully digitalised campus, Free wifi for all hostel students
- There was 2 hospitals inside the campus, one for treatment by paying, another for free treatment, medicines were also free for some schemed patients
Dislikes
- No indoor stadium was there, which I disliked, but outdoors and gym facilities where very nice
- Auditorium was small as of now, they where building a new one
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because it was my dream to become a doctor And teaching wise this is the best college in management side They have n number of faculties n number of live patients, and there was a big 15 station skills lab to practice in manikin They frequently conducting exams, and evaluating it and they are conducting doubt clarify session after exams
Internships Opportunities
We are intership in both the hospitals inside the campus and outside the campus, and we will get stipend for that. Many ICMR projects were done by students collaborating with the faculties, And many projects were approved by ICMR
Fees and Financial Aid
Year wise Fees - Rs.19,50,000/- Tution fees - Rs.19,50,000/- Book Fees - Rs.68,500/- All categories students where paying same fees Now the fees increased to Rs.21,50,000/- I don't know about the scholarship discounts
Campus Life
All festivals are celebrating in this college that was organised by students counsel members Apart from students counsel, there was 9 clubs in this college to celebrate various events they conduct medical camp, sports day , culturals(every September) and so on
Hostel Facilities
There three variants of rooms available in the hostel like 1 sharing 2 sharing and 3 sharing and I chose single room , rent was a bit high only but they are providing a cot, a bed, a pillow, study lamp, study table, and chair for all persons individually, all rooms are air conditioning (A/C) Meal quality was nice while compared to other colleges, there was different varieties in different days, providing only veg on Monday and both veg and non veg on all other days ( Tuesday - Sunday) Registration process was simple and it was at college
Admission
I didn't apply for any other colleges for my personal reasons. Admission process: You want clear in NEET examination, with minimum of pass marks, and admission office was in Chennai, the admission process was an easy process actually, peoples in admission office were very friendly and they will help us in a easy way
Faculty
There was more than 15 Faculties in each department, they were students friendly. All faculties were very nice and friendly to the students all faculties are loveable There was Formative assessment on every Thursday afternoon (Alternate subjects) Internal assessment every two months ( All subjects) One model exam 45 days prior to university exams, and there will study holidays for 15-20 days to prepare for university exams
