Amity has a 10/10 infrastructure no compromise on that .
Faculties are really supportive and have a friendly teaching method
College events are excellent to explore yourself in various fields

Dislikes

Some faculties make personal comments on students
Attendance is compulsory . If we don't achieve 75%+ we can get a back paper in some subjects

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is quite good In first year it's same for all the branches but changes in second year . In my my course there is a tremendous Focus on python, DBMS , intelligent systems,etc building blocks for machine learning and artificial intelligence in future

We are supposed to do internship in 3rd,5th,7th sem in the first semester it's a research internship provided under the college We need to write a research paper under one faculty guide and weekly reports

There are various clubs and u get proper chance to explore yourself and get the best out of yourself. U can maintain your existing skills and learn new skills to during your college life . Your campus experience can be really good if u involve in everything

Admission

Amity wasn't my choice in the first place i took admission here due to parental pressure and some family conditions. Compared to other colleges the assignment and other internal marking systems are at ease we do not need to much work . The rules are very bad as a hosteller

Faculty

We only have end sem exams no mid sems it's easy to score 8 cgpa in the end sem we just a give a little effort . The marking scheme is not that hard and the difficulty level is less. Some faculties are good some are not they don't interact much with the students until u approach them yourself

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year you are eligible for placement sheat in college. The highest package was 1.5 cr approx and average 7-8 lakh. Percentage of students to get placement should be around 1/4 of overall students means . I will apply for both on campus and off campus placement.

The placements of GCET are considered average to above average for a private college. The average usually looms around 5LPA. The highest CTC offered this year was 39 LPA by Autodesk. Around 70-80 percent students are placed every year.

Placement is good the highest placement was in 2022 that is 49 LPA and this year also 20 LPA of 3 students and 15 lpa of 4 students and many of 5 to 10 lpa . If a student does not get package or job it is his or her fault. Amy be he or she has not prepared or have any skill to get placed if you have potential you can get placed. Every student in college get placed at minimum 3 lpa. The placement rate is 90 %.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placements from the 3rd year. The placement of the college is decent. The average package for tech branches stands at 4-5 LPA. Most of the offers are made from mass recruiters like TCS, cognizant, etc. However, product-based companies also visit the campus but very few students get short-listed for them. The highest package for the 2025 batch was around 22 lakhs from JP morgan in which 2 students got placed. Microsoft also offered a package of 18 LPA. The placement percentage is around 50-60%. If you maintain 8+ CGPA and have the fundamentals clear then you can definitely secure a decent package from this college. The placement department of the college is supportive.

I didn't really apply to a lot of colleges, due to some family reasons I was not able to move out of Lucknow.
