Course Curriculum Overview

4

Bachelor of Commerce (B Com) is an undergraduate degree in commerce and related subjects. Under this course, a wide range of managerial skills is provided to the students and their understanding of various subjects of commerce streams like accounting, economics, finance, taxation, management, and insurance.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, students who are selected receive a monthly stipend that is based on education level and experience. Stipends are provided by the laboratory or Institute that offers an applicant a position. If a lab does not have the funds to cover the stipend, they may invite you to join the lab as an unpaid volunteer.

Placement Experience

5

Clarify your career goals. Give you an insight into the way organizations operate and the challenges they face. Increase your skills and knowledge. Provide you with networking opportunities. Help you to understand a particular job or industry.

College Events

4.5

Fresher's day, Evolution, Diwali celebration, Pongal celebration, Phantasia, Marathon, Singing competition, Essay writing, Intercollege cultural, Inter-department cultural. Christmas celebration Independence day celebration

Fee Structure And Facilities

One feels the fee structure is a bit high. But it's quite reasonable as compared to the other B-school. The only good thing is that IIBS has good placement assistance. IIBS has a good ROI. My overall expenditure was around 6 lakhs.

Fees and Financial Aid

Few college-bound students have the financial resources to pay for their post-secondary education entirely out of pocket. Even students with substantial college savings plans typically find that they are left with sizable amounts of unmet need. The average total cost of attending a public four-year college is more than $20,000 per academic year. Students planning to attend a private college or university can expect to spend more than $30,000 per academic year.

Campus Life

4.5

If you’ve ever applied to a job you’ve probably heard of the phrase “extracurricular activities” as something you should include on your resume. The question is, what do extracurricular activities mean and why are they important. Here’s a little secret: extracurricular activities are simply any activity you do outside of your school work. Easy enough, right.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

In terms of infrastructure, SRCC is one of the best colleges in the country matching international standards. It is one of the few colleges in the University of Delhi which has upgraded its classrooms to facilitate teaching through modern tools and techniques.

Alumni/Alumna

Creating an engaged, supportive alumni network is crucial to an institution’s success. If communication stops once graduates leave an institution, their understanding of the university will become stale. Instead, they should be kept informed so they can remain engaged and keep abreast of the progress of the university.

Exam Structure

Madras University is considered the mother of almost all the old Universities of South India. Established in 1857, it is one of the three oldest universities in India (along with the University of Calcutta and the University of Mumbai). In recent years, after the establishment of various universities in the State and the demarcation of the University territories, the jurisdiction of Madras University has been confined to three districts of Tamil Nadu.

Admission

I went to buy the application in the college then I saw their respect for the students. Admissions officers review and make decisions on hundreds, sometimes thousands, of applications in a short period of time. They are under enormous pressure to assess the applicant pool in order to produce the best class and the best campus community possible.

You have chosen to teach in higher education because you are a subject-matter specialist with a tremendous knowledge of your discipline. As you enter or continue your career, there is another field of knowledge you need to know: teaching and learning.

The specific aspect will be accounting that made me choose this couse. The curriculum made me to prepare for future accounting field works and knowledge around the field. The improvements that I suggest may is to add more relevent real life job experience in subject books itself. As per me who is one of a topper student in my college, The difficulty is moderate to me and timing of exams are more enough to fill all the questions.

Placement Experience:

In MCC there is placement but it's not 100% placement, only 10 to 20 from a class of 60 gets placed, so when it comes to placement it's upto to you and your skills. Normaly the placement enrollment starts at beginning of your 5th semester or end of your fourth semester, you can opt for placement or higher study. The highest package was from Standard Chartered & Deloitte it was 6 Lakhs CTC. Accenture, TCS and some well known companies will participate in placement drive. The average package will be Rs.3.5 Lakhs CTS. I'm planning to go for higher studies while doing a part time job after getting degree.
