Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum was very good. As it was perfectly arranged in perfect order also the chapters and topics in the course were standard according to the Degree we were doing so that we don't need to do anything extra other than the provided curriculum.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 141000 per year

Placement Experience

Companies start coming in seventh semester till last semester. 50 to 60 companies came last year to the college. In which 70 percent student got the placement. Average package was 4 lpa while the highest was 25 lpa also one student got placed off campus and the package was more than 40 lpa

Fees and Financial Aid

My fees was 141000 per year and the caution fee was 15000 and the registration fee was 1000. While my batchmates tution fees was 321000 per year and everything else was as it it other than tuition fee. Because I was a lateral entry student that is why my fee was less than that of theirs.

Campus Life

There was many sports for the students who are interested in sports or extra curricular activities. Also there was so many technical and cultural and annual fests were organised for the students. There is one of our annual fest named onieros organised once a year. It is a 3 days fest.

Admission

The fees in the college i chosed was less as compared to the other colleges. And this was the main reason why I chosed this other than other colleges i searched. Also it was less far away from my hometown and college seems good in terms of faculty and education .

Faculty

Faculties in my college were highly qualified with excellent teaching skills. They were very helpful to students who have any doubt regarding anything. They take each and doubt of students. The topics they taught were very clear and understandable.

My straightforward Review of my college life

Placement Experience:

Placements in my collage are not very strong. A few companies visit, but the number is limited and the offer are also not very high . The average package is on the lower side and only a small number of students get placed through the campus. After completing my degree my plans is to continue improving my technical skills and apply for jobs outside the campus where the chances and salary packages are better.

Life at Manipal -More than just a college experience

Placement Experience:

the college provide good placement and internship opportunities and the average package stays around 12-13 lpa , almost 80% students get campus placement in good companies and the exams and eligibility process is very simple - just maintain the good cgpa with good commincation skills

The placement of college is good the average package is around 5-6 lakhs and highest goes 45 lakh in 2024 and students can apply for placement from 6-7 semester. Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students get eligible for placements which is from 7th semester onwards companies start visiting our college. The companies visited yet are:- Appperfect - it selected 6 students Securemeter Limited - it selected 12 students. Advaiya - it selected 7 students. There are many companies which will visit campus soon. Till now Appperfect has provided a package of 5.5 lpa. The average package is of 4 lpa. The percentage of students getting placed is around 64. My plans are of higher studies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In the year 2014 & 2015, there was a huge scope for people in Computer Science Engineering. There were unlimted number of possibilities for a B.tech graduate at that time. This is why, I chose B.tech Computer Science course. The curriculum will help you to deal with the exams. If you are giving graduate level exams, you will be well guided for it by the faculty. There are no smart classes or good practicals examiner which we call lab technicians which causes everyone a havoc in the labs area. The midterms are the first monthly based exams that you'll need to give in order to pass your academics. After that, Practicals and then written exams.

Placement Experience:

IIIT Kota was initially running at the MNIT Jaipur which is under top 10 nits. IIIT Kota's placements faced a drastic decrement in placement percentage from 92% in 2021 to 74% in 2024, because the campus had shifted to kota in 2021. In 2023-2024 the number of offers was 140 and eligible students were 162, the higest package was of 65 lakh and avg was 13.09. Companies such as yamaha, jio, oyo, infosys, microsoft, samsung sds, amazon capegimini etc visits. Student not only dependent on on- campus, but should also be in touch of off-campanies, and in good approach with their senior. I will frequently keep applying for job interviews.
